Objective: To explore the clinical significance of PTBE,the clinical significance of PTBE associated with meningiomas and the main treatment of preoperative period from the aspects of imaging, pathology and tumor factors. Methods: A total of 144 patients with meningiomas who underwent craniotomy were enrolled in our hospital, including head MRI,pathologic data,partial(29 cases),CT imaging of the head, and so on.According to the results of magnetic resonance imaging,(EI)of the PTBE,and the blood supply of the pea mater is determined by the patient's CTA or DSA data in the hospital to analyze factors that may affect the PTBE associated with meningiomas such as tumor site, pathological type, tumor Subarachnoid space, pea mater blood supply,sex,Ki-67 expression. Results: The incidence of PTBE in meningiomas was related to the location of tumor, the location of subarachnoid space, the supply of cerebrospinal blood and Ki-67.The incidence of PTBE was not related to pathological type and sex.Meningioma PTBE edema index EI and tumor location, pathological type, pea mater blood supply,gender-independent,and Ki-67,subarachnoid space related. Conclusion: PTBE is closely related to KI-67 and subarachnoid space.Theincidence of PTBE is related to the location of tumor and the supply of pea mater.
