Objective:To research anal fistula sonography image characteristics adopted high frequency ultrasound by the perineum and double plane ultrasound technology by transrectal.Take intraoperative diagnosis of surgical doctors as the gold standard,than to analysis diagnosis effect and application value of various examination methods in the diagnosis of anal fistula.Methods:To analysis the sonography image of 71 patients whom Was diagnosed with anal fistula operation by using high frequency ultrasound by the perineum and double plane ultrasound technology by transrectal,compared with intraoperative diagnosis of surgical doctors,than to calculate diagnose accordance rate of the main fistula,branch fistula,internal opening,enternal opening,the relationship of the main fistula with anal sphincter,compared with the surgical result.Analysis Advantages and disadvantages of high frequency ultrasound by the perineum and double plane ultrasound technology by transrectal,At last,to sum up the more effective methods of the two the technology.Results:(1)The high frequency ultrasound by the perineum group check out internal opening,enternal opening,the main fistula,branch fistula 92?41?35?111,The double plane ultrasound technology by transrectal group check out internal opening,enternal opening,the main fistula,branch fistula 94?43?100?2,the relationship of the main check out internal opening,enternal opening,the main fistula,branch fistula 112?51?110?119,(2)For the main fistula probing,three different ways on the differences in rate of fistula overall stat istically significant(? 2=16.179,and P<0.001).comparison between the two groups showed that bot h jointly ultrasound detection rate(95.73%)is greater than the surface of high-frequency ultrasound and transrectal ultrasonography pair of detection rates(between 78.63%and80.34%,respectively),a nd the difference was statistically significant,and high frequency ultrasound and bi-planar surface ul trasonic detection rate was not statistically.(3)For branch fistula probing,three different methods on the overall detection rate of difference stat istically significant(? 2=8.244,and P=0.016<0.05).comparison between the two groups showed tha t both jointly ultrasound detection rate(96.23%)is greater than the surface of high-frequency ultraso und and transrectal ultrasonographypair of detection rates(between 77.36% and 81.13%,respectivel y),and the difference was statistically significant,and high frequency ultrasound and bi-planar surfa ce ultrasonic detection rate was not statistically?(4)For inner exploration probing,detection rate of three different methods on the overall statisticall y are different significantly(x 2=143.190,and P<0.001).comparison between the two groups sho wed both joint ultrasound of check out rate(96.23%)is greater than by surface high frequen cy ultrasound and by rectal double plane ultrasound of check out rate(both respectively for 30.7% and 87.72%),and differences has statistics meaning;and by rectal double plane ultrasou nd of check out rate(87.72%)is greater than by surface high frequency ultrasound of check out rate(30.7%),and differences has statistics meaning.(5)For internal opening probing,three different methods of detection rate of external differences ove rall statistically significant(? 2=310.757,and P<0.001).comparison between the two groups showe d both joint ultrasound of check out rate(99.17%)is greater than by surface high frequency ultrasound and by rectal double plane ultrasound of check out rate(both respectively for 92.5% and 1.67%),and differences has statistics meaning;and by surface high frequency ultrasou nd of check out rate(92.5%)is greater than by rectal double plane ultrasound of check out r ate(1.67%),and differences has statistics meaning.(6)According to the anus fistula,fistula of anus sphincter judge Parks,cyclophosphamide combined d iagnostic ultrasound on intersphincteric and sphincter on the detection rate was higher than that of th e sphincter,sphincter anus fistula of accuracy rates.(2)The jointly ultrasound diagnosis of sphincter a nd sphincter-detection rates were 100%,and the difference between the two groups was not statisti cally significant;both jointly ultrasound diagnosis for the two types of classification of perianal Fistul a has a very high accuracy,misdiagnosis rate was almost 0%.(3)Two jointly ultrasound on the diag nosis of sphincter and sphincter external the detection rate for 40% and 0%,and the difference bet ween the two groups was not statistically significant;both jointly ultrasound for the diagnosis of tw o types of anus fistula rateswere low,rate of misdiagnosis is high.Conclusions:The high frequency ultrasound by the perineum show clearly in diagnosis of enternal opening and subcutaneous segment fistula around the anus.But internal opening? the relationship of the main fistula with anal sphincter and deep anal fistula clearly displayed by he double plane ultrasound technology by transrectal.Consequently,The combination of the two types of ultrasounds has higher diagnostic value in dignosis of anal fistula.
