| 1.Study on Physical Type1.1 Objective: this paper studied the physical type of children with asthma by studying the physical characteristics of children with asthma which will provide the basis for the treatment of asthma in Chinese medicine.1.2 Methods: The data was summarized by the retrospective survey method,the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine points was carried out and analysis of the results was given.1.3 Results: With 118 cases of children asthma survey,the results showed that the man's prevalence of asthma is higher women,the ratio is 1.3: 1,the asthma onset was mainly in winter and spring,respiratory tract infection and weather changes were the main predisposing factors.Yang deficiency accounting to(28.81%)as the largest part,followed by 30 cases of qi deficiency which was accounting for(25.42%)and special physique in 29 cases accounting for(23.73%),phlegm-dampness 9accounting for(5.34%),3 cases of moderate physical fitness accounting for(2.54%),2 cases of blood stasis accounting for(5.93%),5 cases of yin deficiency,(1.69%).1.4 Conclusion: Asthma children have a significant tendency to physical,especially in the yang deficiency and qi deficiency.Physical distribution of children with asthma could be targeted for corresponding Chinese medicine conditioning and reduce asthma attacks by understanding the characteristics of physical distribution of children with asthma through the investigation of physical fitness of children with asthma.2Clinical research2.1 Objective:This paper aimed to explore the clinical efficacy of Kechuan Ping granules in the treatment of acute exacerbation of Cold asthma in children by observing the clinical symptoms,signs,comprehensive curative effect of the treatment by Kechuanping granules during the time of Cold asthma episodes and the effect on the blood LTD4 and urinary LTE4,which will provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of children with asthma.2.2 Methods: 60 patients with asthma were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in Western medicine treatment group were given salbutamol + budesonide fog basic treatment.The other 30 cases were divided in Chinese medicine + Western medicine comprehensive treatment group,who were given Kechuan Ping granules based on the Western medicine.The curative effect,TCM syndrome score and blood LTD4 and urinary LTE4 were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.2.3 Results2.3.1 comprehensive effect: Chinese medicine + Western medicine group Clinical control 10 people,markedly effective 15,effective 3,ineffective 2,the effective rate was 93.3%.Western medicine group 9 people,markedly effective 8,effective 5,ineffective 8,the effective rate was 73.3%.(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two treatment methods are effective,and the traditional Chinese medicine + Western medicine group is better than the Western medicine group.2.3.2 TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Indicating that both treatments can reduce the total score,and the traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine group is better than the western medicine group.(P<0.05).Both of the two treatments could improve the symptoms of asthma in children,and the traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine group excellent(P<0.05).The two treatments could improve the symptoms of asthma,asthma,chest tightness and throat phlegm.And the traditional Chinese medicine +western medicine group is better than the western medicine group,(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2.3.3 laboratory indicators: after the treatment,blood LTD4 and urinary LTE4 levels of both groups were lower than before.treatment for the two groups of blood LTD4,urinary LTE4 compared,(P<0.05),The difference was statistically significant,and the traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine group was better the western medicine group.2.4 Conclusion(1)the effect of Kechuan Ping granules treatment of cold asthma attack period is significant,which can improve cough,asthma,chest tightness,throat phlegm and other symptoms of asthma children with good safety and no adverse reactions.(2)Kechuan Ping granules can effectively reduce blood LTD4,urinary LTE4 levels,reduce airway inflammation. |
