Objective:This study aims at the observation of the artificial femoral head replacement in patients with blood rheology,D-two dimer,peripheral hemoglobin index changes and the incidence of DVT and discuss the pathogenesis of artificial femoral head replacement after hyperviscosity and the influence.of Bazhen Decoction on blood rheology.Methods: 40 cases from Orthopedics Department Two of The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to February 2017.They have receive the treatment of femoral neck fractures in elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement.In strict accordance with the inclusion criteria,40 cases are divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 20 cases.Two groups of patients were operated by the same group of Department of orthopedics physicians,using combined spinal epidural anesthesia,were treated by posterolateral approach,postoperative rehabilitation exercise program and other conventional treatment methods two groups of patients after the implementation of the same.The treatment group was treated with modified Bazhen decoction and low molecular heparin,control group only treated with low molecular weight heparin.The prescription was made from traditional Chinese medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of TCM and take 2 bags a day.It was taken from second days to fourteenth days after the start of surgery if there was no adverse reactions.Observating the patients of before surgery,the frist and fourteen days of fasting venous blood test blood rheology,two D-dimer,peripheral hemoglobin index and the incidence of DVT,to evaluate the postoperative blood viscosity,statistical analysis and discussion of the test results and data.Results: 1.Artificial femoral head replacement after first days compared with the preoperative senile femoral neck fracture,hemorheology index and most of the two D-dimer increased significantly,hypercoagulation of high viscosity,high coagulation of blood hyperviscosity exist after operation.2.Modified Bazhen decoction combined with low molecular and simple low molecular weight heparin calcium can reduce most indexes of blood rheology and Dtwo dimer,improve high blood coagulation state of high viscosity,high coagulation is effective in the treatment of high blood viscosity,reduce the incidence of DVT.3.The comparison of the fourteenth day after operation between two groups,most of the indicators of blood rheology of the group taking modified Bazhen decoction was better than the low molecular weight heparin calcium,significantly,it indicated Bazhen Decoction can reduce the hemorheological indexes in a certain extent,blood viscosity and improve the blood hyperviscosity state,blood hyperviscosity treated effectively,and can increase the content of hemoglobin.Therefore,it can be used in the adjuvant treatment of postoperative hyperviscosity.Conclusion: The modified Bazhen decoction can improve the hemiarthroplasty in postoperative hypercoagulable state of high viscosity and effective treatment of senile femoral neck fracture,to a certain extent,prevent the formation of DVT,correct anemia,help elderly patients with early rehabilitation.Bazhen decoction is safe and reliable,low cost,convenient use,no adverse reactions,so it is worthy of clinical use.
