| Objective:Through the clinical study of 13 cases of Zi Yin Zhuang Yang Capsule combined with sildenafil tablet for the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction(yin and yang deficiency syndrome),we observed the effects of Zi Yin Zhuang Yang Capsule on diabetic erectile dysfunction(yin and yang deficiency)Clinical effect.Methods:120 cases of patients with diabetic erectile dysfunction and liver depression blood stasis were selected by randomized,controlled method,including the experimental group and the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical effects of the International Erectile Function Questionnaire(IIEF-5 Score Table IIEF-5 Score Table),TCM Syndrome Points and Total Significant Efficiency were observed before and after 4 weeks of treatment.All the results were analyzed by statistical analysis,and statistical software was used to assess whether the difference was statistically significant.Results:There were significant differences between the experimental group(19.58±4.584)and the control group(15.36±4.677),the difference of the IIEF-5 score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was cured in 5 cases,markedly effective in 7 cases,effective in 33 cases,ineffective in 12 cases.The control group was 3cases,markedly effective in 3 cases,effective in 36 cases,ineffective in 16 cases.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment for 4weeks(Z=-2.16,P=0.026),the difference between tthe experimental group and the control group was significant(P <0.05).After treatment for 4 weeks.There were significant differences the score of senior TCM syndrome and junior TCM syndrome,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse events were found in the patients.Conclusion:Shi San Wei Zi Yin Zhuang Yang capsule combined with sildenafil tablets on diabetic erectile dysfunction(yin and yang deficiency)than the application of sildenafil alone can enhance the patient’s erectile function,while improving patient symptoms,improve disease efficiency,Improve the quality of life.Shi San Wei Zi Yin Zhuang Yang capsule capsule combined with sildenafil good therapeutic effect worthy of clinical application,for the treatment of DED patients to provide new ideas. |
