Objective:To observe the influence of Tian-Can-Zhuang-Yang powder on the Semen index and index of Epididymal Function Glycerol-3-Phosphate Choline (GPC) of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Mice.Methods:The 80 male Kunming mice were divided into two groups: normal group, model group, Model of mice with hydrocortisone injection manufacturing deficiency model, Modeling deficiency symptoms were observed in mice objective indicators change Immediately after modeling, the model group were divided into Tian-Can group, Nan-Bao group and model group, The normal group and model group were given an equal volume of distilled water, Tian-Can group and Nan-Bao group were given a corresponding dose of drugs, The sustained delivery of 28d. Mice observed in each group grip, the number of independent activities, sperm density, sperm viability, sperm motility changes in circumstances, and the change in epididymis GPC content.Result:After modeling, compared the normal group and model group,the number of activities and autonomy of grip, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); Drug intervention, the more power and autonomy of each group grasp the number of activities, Tian-Can group compared with model group and normal group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),compared with Nan-Bao group, difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05); After the intervention, Tian-Can group and model group, sperm density, motility and malformation rate were significantly different(P<0.01), compared with Nan-Bao group, difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05), compared with normal group, sperm density, and a+b-class difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05), and the sperm motility rate and a statistically significant difference in levels of sperm(P<0.05); Compared with model group,Tian-Can group can reduce the sperm membrane GPC content(P<0.01), compared with Nan-Bao group, difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1. This experiment confirmed that deficiency can lead to decreased sperm quality in mice,and allow sperm membrane GPC was relatively increased,and thus can lead to infertility,clinical understanding of infertility,new ideas and experimental evidence.2. Tian-Can-Zhuang-Yang powder can effectively improve the quality of life of Kidney-Yang Deficiency-type mice and improve sperm quality,regulate the content of GPC sperm membrane and thus its clinical treatment of infertility to provide further experimental evidence.
