| Objective: Tiaopihuxin Decoction is used to treat the patients of chronic heart failure with Cardiacsplenic Asthenia to observe its clinical efficacy and safety.Method: The study collected patients the patients diagnosed as Heart Failure which TCM syndrome typing of Cardiacsplenic Asthenia and NYHA classification belongs to ? or ? grade who stayed in the TCM Hospital Department of Anhui Province during the period from January 2017 to June 2015.The 40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.there were 20 cases in each of the two groups.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group was added to Tiaopihuxin Decoction on the basis of conventional Western Medicine.Once a day,a course of treatment for 4 weeks.The changes were observed and compared before and after treatment in two groups of these indicators,which are TCM syndrome score,single symptom score,heart function NYHA grade of heart function,quality of life score,Minnesota B type natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEF)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Result: 1?In clinical effect of syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 ? In TCM syndrome score,Single symptom score,quality of life of Minnesota,the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the difference between the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).3?In the treatment of NYHA heart function,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 55%,the total effective rate of the control group was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4?In BNP,the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference in LVEDD and LVEF between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions: 1 ? In improving symptoms and quality of life,heart function,BNP effect,the patients with routine Western medicines treated with Tiaopihuxin decoction were more effectively than routine Western;In the aspect of improving LVEDd and LVEF,the patients with routine Western medicines treated with Tiaopihuxin decoction and the treatment of Western medicine and anti heart failure have no obvious improvement,and there is no difference in curative effect.2,Tiaopihuxin decoction in treating chronic heart failure with Cardiacsplenic Asthenia is safe and reliable. |
