| Objective:Through the clinical observation of patients with spleen deficiency type of advanced gastric cancer control group with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection plus 6g ginger granules treated with Aconite and dried ginger(ginger granules 12 g aconite granules 6g)curative effect comparison,so as to clear the aconite root on peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer and PGE2 content produced by affecting the quality of life.Method : Select the previous underwent radiotherapy,chemotherapy,surgery treatment,40 cases has been diagnosed with spleen deficiency type of advanced gastric cancer in our department.40 patients after admission were treated with Chinese medicine Fuzheng support therapy(Shenqi Fuzheng Injection),and 40 patients in accordance with the order of admission has used the draw into treatment group(aconite and dried ginger group)and control group(ginger granule group),the treatment group prepared 12 g aconite granules,ginger granules 6g;The ginger granule 6g in the control group,control the safe dose of aconite(3-15g);the two groups of patients respectively according to the course of using the specified treatment before treatment were drawn;the peripheral blood,using ELISA technology to take the blood serum was separated,detected taking content of PGE2 in peripheral blood of recorded data,analysis of data before and after contrast and at the same time,the quality of life of patients with KPS score measured two after treatment,Will contact the KPS quality of life score and peripheral blood PGE2 content were compared,the observation of lateral PGE2 in patients with advanced gastric cancer with spleen kidney yang deficiency in peripheral blood content and influence the quality of life,and to analyze the relationship between them.Result:By taking the treatment group after treatment,the detection of numerical indicator of PGE2 content in peripheral blood was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical software analysis,the differences between the control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The treatment group was statistically significant difference between the results(P<0.05)and the treatment group in 85% patients karnofsy score evaluation of life quality inspection and symptom improvement were better than the control group.Conclusion:Fuzi Ganjiang Decoction on reducing the PGE2 content of peripheral blood in patients with spleen deficiency type of advanced gastric carcinoma and improve the quality of life has a certain positive role,which is mainly due to the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine aconite anti-tumor mechanism and tonifying the spleen and kidney,make up the fire Yang effect,can enhance the immune function of patients.The ultimate success of the syndromes of patients and improve the quality of life,as far as possible to improve the quality life of the patients. |
