Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of moxibustion on the loss of appetite caused by chemotherapy with cisplatin in non-digestive tract tumors. The main assessment of appetite score and TCM syndrome score and efficacy. At the same time, the serum levels of interleukin-1 hemoglobin were detected, and the mechanism of moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-related loss of appetite was discussed, and the theoretical basis was provided for the treatment.Method: In this study,60 patients with cisplatin chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in the experimental group(cisplatin chemotherapy + moxibustion group),30 cases in the control group(cisplatin chemotherapy group + megestrol acetate).Test group, the control group of chemotherapy programs containing cisplatin 90mg(total course of treatment). The experimental group began to moxibustion acupoints on the first day of chemotherapy, once a day and for 21 days. Then the two groups were continuously observed before and during treatment of daily changes in food intake..When the second day of chemotherapy,15 days,21 days, the levels of serum IL-1,hemoglobin and TCM were evaluated by ELISA.Result: 1.Comparison of appetite improvement: In the treatment group, the appetite score was significantly increased(p <0.05)compared with the control group on the 21 st day of treatment, compared with the control group(p <0.05).2.IL-1 levels were compared: The levels of IL-1 induced by chemotherapy in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the control group(p <0.05).3.Comparison of hemoglobin levels in both groups: The hemoglobin content of the former group was significantly higher than that of the two groups on the 21 st day after treatment, and the hemoglobin content of the former group was significantly higher than that of the two groups.4.Comparison of total score and curative effect of TCM syndrome: The total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p <0.05),which was statistically significant. The total effective rate was 70.33% in the treatment group and 70.00% in the control group. The total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion: Moxibustion can improve chemotherapy-induced loss of appetite, can significantly reduce the level of peripheral blood IL-1,increase the level of hemoglobin, improve chemotherapy-induced anemia. At the same time,it can reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points, enhance patient immunity, and improve the comprehensive effect.
