The Clinical Study For Acupuncture Treatment Of Simple Obesity Patients By Tong Fu Xie Re Method

Objective:Observation on curative effect of acupuncture on simple obesity Tongfu Xiere method,investigate its clinical efficiency.Methods:Choose acupoints;Zhongwan,Tianshu,Neiting,Quchi,Hegu,Zusanli,Shangjuxu.whichin a spleen and stomach bowel movement duty.Zhongwan is the stomach Mu point,eight influential points of Zang,Shaoyang,Hand Foot Yangming acupoints,that good for regulating gastrointestinal of Qi;Zusanli and Quchi acupoints of Foot Yangming Meridian,"especially for treated visceral organ ",two points clear of Yangming fire and removing turbidity and reducing blood fat.Neiting belongs the foot Yangming Meridian points "Ying Ying,the main body of heat",take the accumulation of heat in the stomach.Each point of function are clearing stomach heat,removing turbidity and reducing blood fat;Tianshu the Mu points;Shangjuxu the large intestine Xiahe point,four points can facilitate a bowel movement,reduce blood fat and Hegu.accumulate heat in the stomach.Operation method:acupuncture use the reducing method for 30 minutes,once every other day,one month for a course of treatment,a total of three courses of treatment.Results:after the treatment of the data analysis,two groups for all such obesity has obvious curative effect,the treatment group in improving the body mass index(BMI),waist circumference and waist to hip ratio is better than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.001).The percentage of body fat(F%)in the treatment group(P<0.002)and the control group(P=0.005),.The blood fats(TG,TC)in the treatment group P<0.05,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.89%,the control group was 72.73%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The statistical results showed that the treatment group had a significant effect on improving the value of each observation index,and the total curative effect was better than the control group.Conclusion:the acupuncture treatment of stomach and intestine heat syndrome of obesity,the total efficiency of the treatment group also the patients in the treatment were less hungry,but they were more likely to have a sense of fullness.And also improve the blood flowof liver and spleen and balance the body function and blood fats,positive regulation to mobilize the catabolism of physical energy,so that the body of the reserves dependence on energy obtained through feeding decreases.
