Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Relaxing Needling Method On Serum TXA₂ And Plasma ET In Patients With Vertebral Artery Type Of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type impacts on the quality of life of patients long-term,is one of the common diseases and has been a hot spot in medical treatment.This research uses the relaxing needling what is one of the ancient Chinese acunpunctures,that provides a new effective method for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,it would improve clinical efficacy,shorten the course of treatment,and to investigate the recovery of relaxing needling on serum thromboxane?TXA₂?and endothelin?ET?effect changing.Methods:The theoretical research explains the understanding and pathomechanism of Chinese medicine and modern medicine on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,focuses on summarizing a variety of commonly used treatment methods of this disease,And describes the acupuncture principle,operation characteristics and modern clinical application of relaxing needling.Randomly divided 50 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery two groups which were treated or controled,with 25 cases in each group.Giving general acupuncture therapy to treat the control group and relaxing needling to treat the treatment group,all groups were treated alternate-day,treated 3 times a week,4 weeks for 1 courses,after 2 sessions compared the serum levels of TXA₂ and ET in before and after treatment of two groups,and compared scores of evaluation scale for cervical vertigo?ESCV?and visual analogue scale?VAS?in before and after treatment of two groups and assessed their curative effects.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment indicators score?P>0.05?,what were comparable.After 2 courses of treatment,the ESCV scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment?P<0.05?,and the ESCV score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group?P<0.05?;the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment?P<0.05?,and the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group?P<0.05?.Serum TXA₂ and ET levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those of healthy adults?P<0.01?,After treatment,serum TXA₂ and ET concentrations were significantly decreased?P<0.05?in the two groups,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group?P<0.05?.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8%,the control group was 86.4%,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Conclusion:?The pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type is closely related to the serum TXA₂ and ET,and the mechanism of action of TXA₂ and ET is involved in vertebral artery's vasoconstriction and spasm.? Relaxing needling can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,improve the quality of life and significantly reduce the concentration of TXA₂ and ET in the serum of the patients.It has good clinical curative effect.? The clinical recovery of relaxing needling has the advantages of simple operation,easy popularization,obvious curative effect,with the economic and social effects.It provides a new and effective treatment for CSA.
