The Research On Formation Mechanism Of Medical Service Price And Health Insurance Standard

Government price control policies distort medical pharmaceutical price system,in the medical industry of resource allocation distortion and hospital doctors behavior distortion,resulting in "medical care" and "expensive".medical service price and the cost of medical services system reform,always can't solve this problem,is not conducive to people's physical and mental health,affect the harmonious development of society.Based on the theory of subjective economics,from the perspective of Austrian economics,the inefficiencies and government administrative controls should be in a competitive market formed in the process of medical service price and the pa yment standard;Empirical research in our country medical service price policy,problems existing in the current medical service price formation mechanism and root cause,local medical insurance payment to explore and the trend of international medical system reform.O n the basis of the theory and empirical research,this paper puts forward the medical service price formation mechanism and the reform of medical insurance payment standard path.Using the method of theoretical analysis,case study and comparison.Finally draw the conclusion: one is that the government give up administrative controls;The second is,to break the monopoly of public hospital,contribute to perfect competition in the field of medical services;3 it is,in the process of eliminating the monopoly,perfect social insurance institution governance mechanism;Four is that the development of medical insurance,medical insurance payment reform.
