With the transition of medical mode from a simple biological mode to"bio-psycho-social" mode, threats to human survival originated from infectious diseases have declined, while hazards arising from cancers and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, etc are increasingly expanding.Health status indicators, such as mortality, morbidity, etc, can no longer express the total connotations of health and reflect the integrity of human beings characteristic of biological, psychological and social attributes.Traditional health evaluation indexes merely care about problems whether human beings can survive or their physical functions are improved or not, rather than embody wholeness and comprehensiveness of human beings who possess biological, psychological and social attributes.Under this historical background, health related quality of life indicator,as a new index system capable of comprehensively reflecting physical condition of human beings, comes into being. The paper studies the distribution and relevant influence factors of health related quality of life in different populations,as well as its impact over medical service utilization in different populationsObjective:Based on single-factor and multiple-factor analysis of the influence factors in health related quality of life, and partition regression analysis of 5 dimensions and overall health scores for health related quality of life in virtue of binary logistic regression model and dynamic Tobit model,it intends to find out influence factors for health related quality of life.Populations are divided into urban citizens and rural citizens, the elderly and non elderly, low income and high income, patients suffering from chronic diseases and without chronic diseases,in order to conduct robustness tests for models and explore the impact that health related quality of life in different populations exerts on medical service utilization.Method:The paper performs basic data filter and cleanup by Excel software and details analysis of data by stata13.0.Fundamental state of samples is dissected by applying descriptive statistics, involving social economy and demographic characteristics, medical accessibility, health related quality of life, etc,of which factors further engage in single-factor analysis. In the process of multiple-factor analysis, binary logistic regression model and dynamic Tobit model are adopted to proceed with partition regression analysis of 5 dimensions and overall health scores for health related quality of life,so as to investigate influence factors for health related quality of life.Taking advantage of binary logistic regression model, the paper probes into the impact that health related quality of life in different populations exerts on medical service utilizationResults:On the whole, research samples have sound health related quality of life, with the average health score amounted to 80.71 ponits.Urban populations achieve an average health score of 81.3 8 ponits, which is a little higher than that of rural areas with 80.44 points. The overall health score fluctuations tend to be generally smooth each month. The results of influence factors show city and countryside, gender, age, income, medical accessibility, residents' prevalence are main factors affecting residents'self-evaluation of health status. When applying regression analysis to sub-groups for the impact of health related quality of life on medical service utilization, due to quality issues of data,it is found that the treatment model is more stable than the hospitalization model. The impact of health related quality of life in different populations on medical service utilization presents visible structural differences, which is more distinct in vulnerable groups. Conclusion:Allocate resources in a rational manner, and enhance the fairness of medical service utilization;Pay close attention to psychological health of women and the elderly, and serve psychological counseling and education work for community;Reinforce prevention and control work of chronic diseases in community to effectively improve self-evaluation of health status for residents;Establish a comprehensive management information system for chronic diseases and strengthen the construction of primary health care system.
