Different Base Station Straumann System Before The Short Term Evaluation Of The Clinical Result Of Repairing Dental Implant

Objective:Short term clinical outcome of anterior teeth area with different angle Straumann implant system.Methods:.From January 2013 to October 2015 to me to grow in our hospital 56 cases underwent anterior implantrestoration patients were implanted with 77 Straumann implants and single crown,tracking case,after the repair is completed according to the selected base station is divided into straight abutment group and angled abutment group.Follow up half a year to 3 years,underwent implant surgery and repair after 3 months and 6 months after hospital referral examination,after the annual review 1 times,all visit patients were designated by the doctor and record,2 group count in patients with complications analysis of mechanical planting occurred on the dentures,peri implant bone resorption situation record through different angles on dental X-ray occlusal films,abutment implant denture 3 year cumulative survival rate was calculated using the life table,red aesthetic index soft tissue implant after the application of aesthetic evaluation F u rhauser(pink esthetic score,PES)as the standard index.Statistics all the data by SPSS 17 software.Results:The 3 year cumulative survival rate was 96.4%in the angle abutment group,and that of the abutment group was only 100%,and only in the first half of the month after the restoration of the implant,only about 1 abutments were lost.The overall incidence of mechanical complications of implant denture was 9.1%,and that of the abutment group was(4/49),and the angle abutment group was 10.7%(3/28),of which,there were 3 cases of the restoration of the body,and the upper part of the prosthesis was loosened in 3 cases.There was no significant difference in the incidence of mechanical complications and the average bone resorption between the two groups(P>0.05).The PES scores of the two groups were gradually increased within 1 years after the repair,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and then tended to be stable after repair for the period of 1 to 3 years(P>0.05).The PES index of the angle based group was significantly lower than that of the baseline group(P<0.05)at baseline and follow-up.Conclusion:Angled abutment and straight abutment implant in implant short peri implant bone resorption degree and mechanical complications had no significant difference in anterior implant denture with the clinical aesthetic effect of straight abutment is better than that of 15 degree and 20 degree angle of base station.In clinical practice should be based on the remaining soft and hard tissue volume and patient expectations considering the plan of planting design appropriate,clinical repair the long-term effects of angled abutment and greater coverage evaluation of base station application point remains to be studied.
