Objective:To evaluation the effect of intelligent machine hand clinical rehabilitation,based on stroke out the stage characteristics of intelligent machine hand clinical rehabilitation plan,hand rehabilitation for stroke patients to provide targeted,easy to accept and grasp the training content and method.Methods: Select the hand function in stroke palsy period,cramps period,the recovery of the patients,choose 40 cases in each,each patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group 20 cases,control group using conventional upper limb function training technology,every day,each 1 time in the afternoon,45 points/time,5 days/week,the rest of the time by family members,as appropriate training according to the technical requirements to help patients.Experimental group for one routine treatment in the morning,afternoon 1 intelligent rehabilitation treatment machine hand,intelligent machine hand treatment,select targeted according to the patients in three games,each game 15 minutes,a total of 45 min,5 times per week,the period of flaccid paralysis and cramps period in machine hand passive training,recovery in machine hand training actively,two groups of patients before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment,the grading,brinell hand Fugl-Meyer upper limb function score(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA),improved pap index(modified Barthel index,MBI)for evaluation.Results: Before the treatment,patients with stage 3 in the two groups of grading,brinell hand Fugl-Meyer upper limb function score(FMA),and improved pap index(MBI)in patients with no statistically significant difference were observed in the score(P>0.05);After 2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment the brinell hand classification efficiently,FMA and MBI scores with the extension of treatment time on the rise;In flaccid paralysis period and recovery period,two methods of treatment of patients 2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment brinell classification efficiently,FMA and MBI score had no significant difference(P>0.05),and convulsion period difference was statistically significant(P>0.05),and the experimental group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Prior to the treatment,the differences in the scores of the patients' hands were statistically significant(P > 0.05).After two weeks and four weeks of treatment,the MBI and FMA scores increased with the treatment time.In the flaccid paralysis period and recovery period,two methods of treatment 2 weeks,4 weeks treatment patients conducted brinell classification efficiently,FMA and MBI score had no significant difference(P > 0.05),and convulsion period difference has statistical significance(P > 0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group.
