The Correlation Study Between The Expression For EGFR,VEGF And MiR-21 And The Prognosis On Hum An Glioma | Posted on:2018-01-08 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Z N Zhang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2334330515986349 | Subject:Oncology | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objective: To analyze the relation between EGFR?VEGF and miR-21 and their influences in clinical pathology and prognosis of gliomas patients.Methods: Ninty-two human glioma specimens,collected in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2015 and conformed by pathology were chosen in our study;other 50 juxtacancerous tissues were used as controls.Real-time quantitative PCR(q RT-PCR)was employed to detect the miR-21 expression;Immunohistochemical staining test specimens,the expression of EGFR and VEGF: Statistical analysis WHOIII-IV gliomas miR-21 and the relationship between EGFR and VEGF expression,miR-21,EGFR,expressing the relationship between VEGF and glioma patients with clinical parameters,Cox proportional hazards regression model analysis the miR-21,the expression of EGFR and VEGF influence on patient survival time and compare the miR-21,EGFR and VEGF expression in patients with different survival curves.Results: At WHOIII-IV gliomas,miR-21 expression was significantly higher in the glioma brain cancer.EGFR and VEGF positive expression of glioma miR-21 express group were higher than of EGFR and VEGF negative group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Cox proportional hazards regression model shows that miR-21,the WHO classification is independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients with glioma.In WHO III-IV grade glioma patients,with high expression of miR-21,5-year survival rate is lower than the patients with lower expression of miR-21,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: miR-21 in glioma expression and associated with EGFR and VEGF expression,have influence on patients' survival time. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Glioma, microRNA-21, EGFR, VEGF, Prognosis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
