Correlation Of P Wave Deep Terminal Force In Lead1 And PICCO Monitor In Heart Failure Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: discuss about relationship between electrocardiogram P wave deep terminal force in lead 1 and PICCO monitoring data,to learn about if PTFV1 can estimate hemodynamic change in heart failure of coronary heart disease.Method:62 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure involved in this study,examine electrocardiogram,test BNP and examine PICCO monitoring index,as cardiac index(CI),extravascular lung water index(EVLWI),global enddiastolic volume index(GEDVI),all patents divided into two groups based on absolute value of PTFV1,PTFV1?0.04 mm.s is PTFV1 positive group,PTFV1 <0.04 mm.s is PTFV1 negative group,compare BNP?CI?EVLWI?GEDVI parameters in two groups,and analyse correlation between PTFV1 and those parameters.Result:1.In heart failure patients with coronary heart disease,absolute value of PTFV1 is higher than normal people[(0.044±0.028)P<0.05].2.In heart failure patients with coronary heart disease,BNP?EVLWI?GEDVI are higher in PTFV1 positive group than negative group.CI lower than PTFV1 negative group(P<0.05).3.Absolute value of PTFV1 positive related to BNP ? EVLWI ? GEDVI,pearson coefficients 0.617,0.361,0.414.Absolute value of PTFV1 negative related to CI,pearson coefficient-0.379.Conclusion :1.PTFV1 can help to diagnosis of heart failure with CHD patients.2.Enlargement of absolute value of PTFV1 indicate of deterioration of heart function,aggravation of preload of cardiac,aggravation of pulmonary edema.3.There is quantized connection of PTFV1 and pulmonary vein pressure,change of heart function and construction.
