Objective: To evaluate the exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)detection in the diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma in the correlation and its significance in patients with bronchial asthma eosinophil count. Methods: 1 patients collected from January 2016 to December 2016 in the outpatient department of respiration or department of respiration hospital with clinical symptoms of cough, dyspnea, chest breath of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,a total of 87 cases, bronchial provocation test and detection and FeNO / diastolic blood routine examination, with the latest standard of diagnosis of GINA2016 for diagnosis of bronchial asthma,62 cases of non asthma group 25 cases(the final diagnosis of chronic bronchitis and allergic rhinitis),the difference between the two groups of peripheral blood eosinophil count and FeNO level of peripheral blood eosinophils, evaluate the correlation between acid neutrophil count and FeNO level, the bronchial provocation test or dilation test as the gold standard, drawing the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve,in order to evaluate the value of FeNO in diagnosis of bronchial asthma.Bronchial asthma group was divided into high acid group and low acid group according to the peripheral blood eosinophil count, and the difference of FeNO level between the two groups was compared.2 patients with asthma were compared with the changes of peripheral blood eosinophil counts,FeNO levels before and after treatment in March, and to evaluate the value of FeNO in the evaluation of bronchial asthma. Results: the FeNO value of asthma group and non asthmatic group(42.66± 16.13ppbVs20.88 + 8.96ppb)the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),peripheral blood eosinophil count(0.64 ± 0.37 to 0.29 ± 0.18)the difference was statistically significant;bronchial asthma group peripheral blood eosinophils are related to eosinophil count and FeNO level(r=0.62,P < 0.05,there was statistical significance);by bronchial dilation test or provocation test for the diagnosis of bronchial asthma is the "gold standard" to assess the value of FeNO in diagnosis of bronchial asthma in the area under the ROC curve was 0.885,95% confidence interval(0.816,0.955),FeNO(drawing sensitivity and 1 specificity)coordinates, calculate the optimal threshold 28.5ppb.FeNO>28.5 ppb is defined as the criteria for the diagnosis of bronchial asthma, then the calculated sensitivity was 80.6%,specificity was 84%;the asthma group in March after a total of 50 patients completed follow-up,42.66 ± 16.13 ppb 20.84 ±5.69 ppb than the FENO value before and after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the level of FeNO in patients with asthma was higher than that of patients with asthma;asthma FeNO levels in patients with eosinophilic positive correlation with peripheral blood;FeNO has better diagnostic value of bronchial asthma;the level of FeNO can better evaluate the therapeutic effect of asthma.
