A Survey About Effect Factors Of Nonvalvular Atrial Fibrillation

Objective:To investigate the influenced factors for nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.Methods:Totally 236 hospitalized patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation and 291 patients with the sinus rhythm rate who were selected as control group,who were admitted to cardiovascular internal medicine,were enrolled during January2014 to January 2016.Collected the dates include Demographic,color sonography,laboratory examinations for all patients and by single factor analysis and multiple Logistic regression analysis to determine the significant influencing factorsof patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.Results:One-Way ANOVA showed that age,the progress of the disease,body mass index,stroke,Hypertension,Diabetes,heart failure,Left atrial diameter,Left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular fractional shortening,Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular endsystolic dimension,homocysteine,Triglycerides,Total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,Low density lipoprotein cholesterol and ceruloplasmin were influenced factors for nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.Logistic analysis showed that left atrial diameter and homocysteine were disadvantage factors on nonvalvular atrial fibrillation,and Triglycerides,Total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and Low density lipoprotein cholesterol were advantage factors to a certain extent,after correct the confounding factors such as age,gender,body mass index and common complication.Conclusions: The number of cases has increasing trend along with the age growth.Logistic analysis showed that left atrial diameter and homocysteine were disadvantage factors on nonvalvular atrial fibrillation,and Triglycerides,Total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and Low density lipoprotein cholesterol were advantage factors to a certain extent,excessive lipid-lowering therapy may increase the risk of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.
