Comparison Of Recent Clinical Efficacy Of Laparosopic CME And Laparotomy CME In Treatment Of Colon Cancer

Objective: The clinical data of patients who underwent complete mesocolic ex-cision(CME)in our hospital were used as the standard to illustrate the recent clini-cal effect of laparoscopic of CME.Methods: This study selected cases from our hospital general surgery,case collection time from January 2012,the deadline is Fe-bruary 2017.Acording to the operation methods,these patients were divided into complete mesocolic excision of left side colon and CME of right side colon.the analysis research the operation of two side respectively.In the left colon cancer group,31 patients were treated with laparoscopic CME of the left colon cancer,and 34 p-atients were treated with laparotomy CME of the left colon cancer.In the right colon cancer group,14 patients were treated with laparoscopic CME of the right co-lon cancer and 16 patient were treated with laparotomy CME of the right colon c-ancer.To compare the similarities and differences between the two methods in lymph node dissection and another item.Result: No matter left colon or right colon portion,After laproscopic and open surgery,the effect of dissection of lymph nodes and the incidence of postoperative complications were basically the same,there was no significant difference in these indicators(P>0.05).Th-e recovery of gastrointestinal function is relatively fast,but in this study,the time of laparoscopic sur-gery is relatively long(P<0.05).In the aspect of bleeding volume,Laparoscopic surgery can achieve better result in CME of left colon(P<0.05),but in the right colon,The two operative methods are quite effective(P>0.05).Conclusions: In terms of safety,The effects of the two methods are basically same.For lots of reasons,t-he time of laparoscopic surgery in the study is relatively long,the recovery of ga-strointestinal function,laparoscopic surgery achieve the best results.
