Correlation Between The Clinical Manifestation Of Different Degrees Of Varicocele And The Change Of Sex Hormone

Objective: To detect the levels of the reproductive hormone in the peripheral venous blood from patients with varieocele(VC)infertility。Methods : From March2015 to September 2016 in the outpatient treatment of patients,clinical examination with varicocele on performance,and ultrasound confirmed for spermatic vein morphological changes,according to them,can make a definite diagnosis for varicocele(VC),and according to the results of a patient may be spermatic vein varicose were divided into 3 subgroups(the bilateral varicocele with heavier side),and then mainly grouped randomly in each subgroup in 30 patients。Our hospital urology hospital as Premarital Check-up,in healthy people in front of the methods to select 30 cases。The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)in peripheral blood were measured and compared。In each group of patients with clinical manifestations of the questionnaire,according to the clinical manifestations of VC patients,the clinical symptoms of the 3 groups were compared。Results:Each experimental group of serum FSH and LH levels were higher than those in control group(P < 0.05),compared to patients with different degrees of VC between FSH and LH,F=7.38(P < 0.05),F=9.23(P < 0.05).Results there were significant differences,that different degrees of varicocele,FSH LH not all the same;T levels in each group than in the control group had no significant decrease(P > 0.05),and compared between the 2group,the F=0.59(P > 0.05),the results were not statistically significant,can think of different degrees of varicocele than the same level of T.Comparison between the experimental group in clinical symptoms,so that from do(P < 0.05)。Results there were significant differences between the different clinical manifestations,can think that thedegree of varicocele are not all the same。Conclusions:VC can cause the increase of serum FSH and LH levels in male infertility patients,indicating that VC does have a certain impact on male fertility,but did not increase with the increase of clinical classification,may VC on testicular damage is unrelated to the clinical grading.Clinical classification of VC patients in different clinical manifestations,with the increase of clinical score 。 This study provides a valuable clinical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of varicocele。...
