Objective: To observe the changes of blood coagulation indexes in children with congenital heart disease of Uygur and Han nationality in Xinjiang during car-diopulmonary bypass. Methods: 320 Uygur and Han children with congenital hea-rt disease were randomly selected from our hospital.Blood samples were collecte d at preoperative, postoperative and postoperative 24 h time points,to observe the change of PT,APTT,FIB,TT,PLT,Operation time, cardiopulmonary bypass time,24-hour chest drainage, concentration of red blood cells, plasma dosage and other general information between the two groups.According to the platelet count and national 320 cases can be divided into four groups:W1: Uyghur PLT<240×109/L;W2: Uyghur PLT>240×109/L;H1 group: han PLT<240×109/L;H2 grou-p: h an PLT>240×109/L.To observe the effect of preoperative PLT count on ACT an d Comparison of heparin anticoagulant effect for four groups.Result: 1.There we re no significant differences in PT,APTT,FIB,TT,PLT between Uygur and Han children at different time points(P>0.05).postoperative 24 h chest draina-ge,con centration of red blood cells, plasma dosage Uygur group were significantl-y highe r than those of Han children(P<0.05).2.W2 compared with H2,there was sign ificant difference in the effect of preoperative platelet count on ACT(P<0.05).Th e incidence of heparin resistance in W2 group was significantly higher tha-n Han group(P<0.05).The incidence of heparin resistance was signifycantly hig-her in Uygur children than Han children(5.2%).Conclusion: 1.There were no s-ignifica nt differences in blood coagulation indexes in children with con-genital he-art disease of Uygur and Han nationality in Xinjiang during cardiopulmonary bypa-ss.how ever, postoperative 24 h chest drainage, concentration of red blood cells and plasm a dosage of Uygur were higher than Han children.2.Preoperative platelet count i s greater than 240×109/L Uighur children in extracorporeal circulation were more likely to lead to ACT perioperative shortened,Uighur children with heparin resista nce ratio is higher than the han nationality children.
