The Research Of Treat Intractable Epistaxis Under Nasal Endoscopic

Objective:Analyzed and summarized Endoscopic electrocoagulation combined with local treatment of refractory epistaxis packing the strengths and weaknesses,assess the endoscopic coagulation efficacy.Methods:Select from October,2015 to January,2017 of Xin Jiang Clinical University 4th Hospital which included 60 patients with with refractory epistaxis cases confirmed by endoscopic find burning bleeding and coagulation,in some cases combined calcium alginate dressing local packing treatment,and 20 patients treated with traditional nasal packing cases of intractable epistaxis compared pain?postoperative compl ications?blood loss and recovery of the nasal cavity.Results:Ingroup of 82 cases,79 caseswere cured by the first treatment,79 cases by second and the rest 4 cases by third.The total effective rate of endoscopic hemostasis in patients reached 100%.Group of 82 cases following nasal bleeding site(more than in the fornix)36(43.90%),posterior nasal septum in 25 cases(30.49%),middle meatus in11 cases(13.41%),nasal septum ago upper(anterior ethmoid artery distribution)in 6 cases(7.32%),and butterfly screen crypt olfactory cleft in 4cases(4.88%),and elderly people were in the majority.Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic treatment nosebleed has clear field,hemostatic accurate,less trauma and complications effect,so it is the effective method to treatment refractory nosebleed.
