Objective: To investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of Kummell disease of bone cement injection effects on the postoperative effect. The percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of osteoporotic fractures is effective, but for Kummell disease belongs to the special treatment for osteoporotic fracture bone cement injection is controversial, this study through the retrospective analysis to investigate the impact of the indicators of efficacy. Methods: a retrospective analysis in 52 cases of Kummell patients in our hospital, according to the situation, improve the pain of bone cement injection and postoperative postoperative improvement rate into spine angle(Cobb angle),vertebral height restoration rate and correlation analysis.Visual analogue score of the two groups of patients in the postoperative 1D,3D,1 months and 6 months after operation(Visual Analogue Scale/score,referred to as VAS score),postoperative improvement rate of spinal angle(Cobb angle),vertebral height restoration rate recorded. The clinical indicators of patients with clinical analysis: such as the patient's age, gender, the level of vertebral injury, whether there are multiple vertebral fractures, bone density and other 5 indicators of multiple factors logistic regression analysis. Conclusion: through retrospective analysis found that percutaneous vertebroplasty, low dose group of bone cement injection had no significant statistical difference between curative effect and postoperative high dose of bone cement injection, but high dose of bone cement injection has a higher incidence of bone cement leakage, should be paid attention to.
