| Objective: This study investigate village cadres chronic disease prevalence and the classification of diseases;To live the demand for health knowledge to understand of village cadres;Analysis of health literacy status and influencing factors of village cadres;Objective evaluation of health education on living village cadres to improve the effect of health literacy.Methods: This research adopts the multistage cluster sampling,From the autonomous region to four state of southern Xinjiang "visiting and Improve living standards,gather the heart" living village cadres 887 from March 2015 to February 2016 randomly selected as the research object,Through the questionnaire survey,Understanding living village cadres prevalence of chronic diseases and health needs during the live in the villages;Analysis of health literacy status and influencing factors.Carry out multi-mode health education to living village cadres for half a year,and questionnaire survey was conducted again after intervention,Comparison before and after the implementation of health education to live village cadres health literacy rate,Evaluation of health education effect.Results : 1 The baseline results:(1)Village cadres in chronic illnesses: Prevalence of 65.27%,Survey chronic disease prevalence rate is higher.ranked the top three of prevalence of chronic diseases : Cervical vertebra disease,hypertension,fatty liver.(2)Village cadres health knowledge demand content: Live village cadres during the live village of health knowledge demand top five respectively is diet health nutrition,chronic disease prevention and cardiovascular diseaseprevention,common diseases and infectious diseases prevention,First aid knowledge.(3)Village cadres health literacy level: Health literacy and the dimensions of literacy rate:Health literacy rate is 11.95%,Health knowledge rate of 14.66%,Health behavior have a rate of 16.61%,Health skills have rate was 15.90%.6 class health problems literacy rate:Science proverbs have rate was 35.17%,the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases have the rate was 22.77%,prevention and control of chronic diseases have rate was 23.68%,safety and first aid have rate was 37.66%,basic medical treatment rate of10.60%,health information is 52.87%.(4)Village cadres health literacy influence factors:(1)Single factor analysis: ethnic,cultural degree,position level,whether to engage in medical related work,the degree of active learning,pay attention to their health level are the influence factors of health literacy.(2)Binary Logistic regression analysis:ethnic,cultural degree,is engaged in medical related work,active learning degree of health literacy are the main influence factors of health literacy.2 Intervention results:(1)Adopting distributed knowledge manual,health lecture,mobile phone WeChat health service way more ways of health education.(2)Village cadres lives after the intervention of health literacy,health knowledge,skills,science,health,health,safety and first aid,infectious disease prevention and control of information have rate are improved,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Health skills,chronic disease prevention and control,the basic medical health rate there was no statistically significant difference before and after intervention(p<0.05).Conclusion : The baseline survey,chronic disease prevalence rate is higher,Health literacy rate is lower,Health behavior have rate is low in three dimensions of literacy rates,6 class health problems,The prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and basic medical literacy rate are low;Relevant government departments should carry out health interventions in the influence factors of health literacy to live village cadres.Through many channels of health interventions,Live village cadres of health literacy rate and pay attention to their own health degree are improved,Health intervention activities of this model can be used to expand to all of the live village cadres. |
