Objective:Through the investigation of senile eczema of different stages and different types of TCM and its influencing factors,explore the syndromes of senile eczema,skin factor characteristics and related effects,based on the treatment of senile eczema,to provide clinical basis for the scientific research and prevention,better guide clinical treatment.Methods: Senile eczema a typical case of Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2016 to December 2016 in the dermatological department,through the questionnaire survey of elderly patients with eczema in different stages,different types of TCM,and its influencing factors.Results:(1)With the consistent with the inclusion criteria,120 cases of patients with senile eczema,among them,16 cases of acute eczema,the percentage is 13.40%,67 cases of sub acute eczema,the percentage is 55.80%,37 cases of chronic eczema,the percentage is 34.20%.,damp and hot accumulate skin pass 36 cases,the proportion is 30.00%,wet aggregates card 41 cases of pixu(spleen deficient),accounted for 45.00%,blood deficiency wind dry permit 23 cases,accounted for 19.20%,other certificate type 20 cases,the proportion is 16.60%,senile eczema TCM syndrome types were compared between different stages,P< 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.(2)120 cases of senile eczema,including eczema patients with different stages and EASI integral result of the head,torso,P< 0.05,the difference is statistically significant,(3)the eczema patients with different syndromes and EASI integral result of the head,torso and lower extremities,P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant.(4)120 cases of senile patients with eczema,according to whether the patients repeated attacks,found that gender,items,allergy,environment,season may be senile eczema a risk factor for recurrent,P< 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion: The survey of 120 cases of senile patients with eczema,predominantly male,a total of 75 cases,male proportion is 62.5%;Is collected in the senile patients with eczema is given priority to with subacute eczema,a total of 67 cases,the percentage is 55.80%,in the majority with wet aggregates the pixu(spleen deficient),a total of 41 cases,accounted for 45.00%;Included in the 120 cases of senile patients with eczema,itching degree is given priority to with heavy itching,a total of 95 cases,accounting for 79.2% of the total sample size;The survey of 120 cases of senile patients with eczema,senile eczema is a risk factor for recurrent gender,items,allergy,environment,season,the occurrence of senile eczema is related to the elderly living habits,family history and past medical history.Senile eczema with sub acute eczema(pixu(spleen deficient)wet aggregates)is given priority to,its influence factors more complex disease.
