The Analysis And Research On Compatible Application Of Ting Li Zi In "Prescriptions For Universal Relief"

Objective:The purpose of this paper is to collect the methods of literature and statistical analysis based on Tinglizi,containing "Prescriptions for Universal Relief" in ancient Chinese literature and compatibility features of Tinglizi related literatures were summarized and analyzed,and provide more ideas for the development of clinical application and the compatibility of Tinglizi drugs,and application compatibility the future of Tinglizi research work in the literature of a statue set.Method:By using research methods of literature study,in 1995,Heilongjiang science and Technology Publishing House Li Yi,editor of the Li Xiaoran universal Party noted "Prescriptions for Universal Relief"(1,2)and ancient literatures on the basis of collecting,sorting,screening prescriptions containing Tinglizi and establish prescription database,using TCM inheritance auxiliary system(V2.5)statistics the database software of frequency analysis,cluster analysis,related analysis database mining analysis,finally the results are analyzed and discussed.Results:"Prescriptions for Universal Relief" included 61739 songs,which contains the prescriptions of Tinglizi were 654 first,accounting for 1.06%of the total number of the prescription,through the research on data analysis and classification of the common drug compatibility Tinglizi for diarrhea medicine,relieving cough and asthma medicine,tonic medicine,dampness medicine.Diaphoretic,Qi medicine,warm in medicine,medicine for rheumatism;There are common diseases of treatment edema,asthma,cough,meteorism,phlegm and retained fluid,lung abscess,lung distension,constipation,jaundice,accumulation.This paper mainly discusses the Tinglizi combined treatment of edema,asthma,cough,meteorism,phlegm and retained fluid and other five kinds of common diseases,through the analysis of the representative prescription,Tinglizi combined treatment of edema by collecting the available core medicine composition of "Tinglizi-Fangji-Yuliren-Fuling-Chenpi "concludes on behalf of prescriptions Tinglizi pill.Tinglizi combined treatment of asthma can be obtained through the collection of core drug combinations of "Tinglizi-xinren-Fuling-Chenpi-Fangji"in order to find the representative prescription for Yu Li Ren pill.Tinglizi combined treatment of cough"Tinglizi Xinren-Sangbaipi-Chenpi-Fangji"licorice and"Tinglizi-Renshen-Wumei-Yingsuqiao"two groups of core drug combinations and concludes the representative prescription for Chen Ju Pi pulvis and Ning God pulvis.Tinglizi combined treatment of meteorism through the collection of available core drug combinations of"Tinglizi-JiaoMu-Fuling-Wuzhuyu-Gansui"and concludes its representative prescription for draba Tingli Fuling pill.Tinglizi combined treatment of phlegm and retained fluid"Tinglizi-JiaoMu-Fangji-Dahuang" concludes the representative prescription for Ji Jiao Li Huang pill.The representative prescription on five disease indications and compatibility analysis of syndromes can get prescriptions,such as the treatment of edema Tin Lli Zi pill syndrome of excessive dampness-heat;Yu Li Ren pill in the treatment of asthma syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructing lung;Chen Ju Pi pulvis cough syndrome of phlegm-damp amassing in lung;Ning God pulvis casual treatment of cough wind-water attacking lung syndrome;treatment of meteorism Tingli Fuling pill cold-water disturbing spleen syndrome;Ji Jiao Li Huang pil of phlegm fluid retention with syndrome of fluild retention in stomach and intestines.
