Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Hemorrhoids During The Acute Attack Stage With Bean Paste Herb Tea And Its Impact On VEGF

Purposes: Observation of pain in patients with acute exacerbation of bean paste herb tea oral treatment of hemorrhoids blood in the stool,edema,mucosal changes in effect,and the overall effect of aging,Effects of traditional Chinese medicine on the pathological changes and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in hemorrhoids.Based on the results of this study,I further explain the mechanism of the clinical treatment of acute hemorrhoids.Technique: Choose 60 cases of acute attack of hemorrhoids with wind heat and dryness,Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.According to the random number table,30 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with oral bean Bo Xiaozhi,control group was treated with Diyu Huaijiao pills,both with a course of 7 days.After treatment,observe two groups of patients with pain,bleeding,edema,mucosal changes in the aging effect and overall effect.After 7days,according to the random number table method,the treatment group,the control group and the patients who did not take the direct operation but accordanced with the inclusion criteria were taken from the 10 cases of routine pathological examination of the tissue,and immunohistochemical analysis of VEGF.Findings: 24 hours after the treatment,the findings show that Pain p=0.027,p<0.05,the improvement of pain in the treatment group was better than that in the control group by the comparison of the treatment group with bean paste herb tea and the control group with Diyu huaijiao pills.48 hours later,Pain: p=0.028,p<0.05,edema:p=0.030,p<0.05,which shows that the improvement of pain and edema in treatment group was better than that in control group.7 days later,there was no significant difference in the improvement of symptoms between the two groups.The average onset of pain in the treatment group,the elimination time were: 9.28±2.16 and 45.27±14.17 hours,better than control group(p<0.05).The average onset of hematochezia,eliminating time of the two groups had no significant differences.In terms of total efficacy,?2=7.703,p=0.021,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The effect of the two groups on the improvement of the pathological changes was better than that of the former.There was significant difference between treatment group and control group 7 days after treatment,p=0.037,P < 0.05,which showed that the treatment group had better effect on improving the pathological changes of hemorrhoids.By independent sample rank sum test,two groups of drugs can inhibit the expression of VEGF 7 days after the treatment.The treatment group and the control group p=0.047,P < 0.05,there was statistical significance,the inhibition of VEGF expression in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusions: Bean paste herb tea is effective in Clearing lung fire,detoxifying,reducing swelling,alleviating pain,cooling the blood and stanching bleeding.It can significantly improve the main symptoms: pain,hematochezia,edema and mucosal changes.It also can improves histopathological changes in patients with hemorrhoids and significantly inhibit the expression of VEGF in patients with hemorrhoids.The occurrence and development of hemorrhoids and the improvement of patients' condition may be related to the inhibition of VEGF positive expression.The clinical analysis of the prescription and the clinical results showed the characteristics of the lung and the large intestine.
