Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture on tonifying yang and opening the Du channe for cerebral infarction patients,hs-CRP Hcy,to explore the "tonifying yang and opening the Du channe" acupuncture clinical curative effect on stroke,to lay a theoretical foundation for further study in the future.Methods: In accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 cases were selected.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table,30 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional western medicine according to the condition of anti platelet aggregation,blood pressure and lipid two level prevention drug treatment,the treatment group in western medicine treated with sun unblocking acupuncture,the control group based on the treatment of Western medicine to Yu's scalp acupuncture.The treatment is 30 days,every Monday to Saturday for 6 days,1 times a day,Sunday off,14 days for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.At the end of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated before and after the treatment,and the related data were statistically analyzed.Result:1.the clinical efficacy of the two groups:the total effective rate of 90% in the treatment group;the total effective rate of 80% in the control group;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.Comparison of the total symptom score of the two groups of traditional Chinese Medicine:the total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01)compared with those before treatment.Compared with the control group,the total score of TCM symptoms after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of two main groups of traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score:after treatment between the two groups with the same group before treatment,the main points of TCM symptoms,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);group comparison of TCM symptoms after treatment with the control points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the NIHSS scores of the two groups before and after treatment:the NIHSS scores the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with those before treatment.Compared with the control group,the NIHSS score after treatment of the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of the serum hs-CRP content of the two groups before and after treatment: the hs-CRP content of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with those before treatment.Compared with the control group,the hs-CRP content after treatment of the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of the serum Hcy content of the two groups before and after treatment:the Hcy content of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with those before treatment.Compared with the control group,the Hcy content after treatment of the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.This study showed that the two groups in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction,the treatment group has better clinical efficacy.2.Tonifying yang and opening the Du channel to reduce hs-CRP and Hcy content in cerebral infarction patients is better than the scalp acupuncture group.It is an effective method of treatment of cerebral infarction.
