Jia Wei Huangqi Liuwei Sijun Tang Effect On SIL-2R?TNF-? In Blood Of Patients With Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: To investigate Jia Wei Huangqi Liuwei Sijun Tang effect on SIL-2R(Soluble interleukin-2 receptor)?TNF-?(Tumor necrosis factor-alpha)in blood of patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome of chronic renal failure.Methods: 1.The study observed 60 cases of chronic renal failure with spleen and kidney qi deficiency type in clinical.All 60 cases of patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,in which group included 30 cases and belongs to the type of spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,both of which are based on routine treatments of western medicine of the diet of quality low-protein.The the control group was given Niaoduqing granules oral treatment of TCM,while treatment group was given Jia Wei Huangqi Liuwei Sijun Tang oral treatment of TCM.The two groups both were treated for 8 weeks.There were no statistical differences in age,gender,course of disease,etc.2.Observe the change of laboratory indicators such as Glomerular filtration rate(GFR),Blood urea nitrogen(BUN),Serum Creatinine(Scr),Uric acid(UA),White blood cell(WBC),Red blood cell(RBC),Hemoglobin(Hb),Blood platelet(PLT),Calcium(Ca),Phosphorus,P),Kalium(K),Carbon dioxide(CO2),C-reactionprotein(CRP),24 h urine protein quantitation(24h UTP),SIL-2R,TNF-?,and then compare the treatment results and judge the difference of the curative effect.3.Observe the changes in TCM symptoms in the two groups of patients, and quantify the TCM syndrome scores,then analyze the effect.Results: 1.Comparison of the total clinical efficacy: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group is obviously greater than that of the control group when the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)by comparing the treatment group to the control group.2.Improvement of renal function,blood routine,and 24 h UTP: the improvement of renal function of the treatment group is better than that of the control group when the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)by comparing the laboratory indicators in treatment group to the control group after treatment;the improvement of blood routine,and 24 h UTP of the treatment group is better than that of the control group when the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01)by comparing the laboratory indicators in treatment group to the control group after treatment.3.Improvement of cytokines: the improvement of cytokines(SIL-2R,TNF-?,CRP)of the treatment group is better than that of the control group when the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01)by comparing the laboratory indicators in treatment group to the control group after treatment.4.Comparison of the total effect of TCM: the total effect of TCM in the treatment group is better than that in the control group when the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)by comparing the treatment group to the control group after the treatment.5.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM symptoms: the efficacy of TCM symptoms in the treatment group is better than in the control group when the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Jia Wei Huangqi Liuwei Sijun Tang can significantly improve patients' symptoms of spleen and kidney qi deficiency type of CRF.2.Jia Wei Huangqi Liuwei Sijun Tang can significantly improve the patients' kidney function(GFR,BUN,Scr,UA)and slow down the disease progression.3.Jia Wei Huangqi Liuwei Sijun Tang can significantly change the degree of anemia of the patients and increase the red blood cells level and hemoglobin level.4.Jia Wei Huangqi Liuwei Sijun Tang can significantly reduce the level of 24 h urinary protein(24h UTP)in patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome.5.Jia Wei Huangqi Liuwei Sijun Tang can significantly reduce the concentration of SIL-2R,TNF-? and CRP in serum of patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome.6.During the treatment,there is no side effect and adverse reaction.It shows that Jia Wei Huangqi Liuwei Sijun Tang is safe and effective in treating CRF patients in the spleen and kidney qi deficiency type.
