This dissertation includes three parts:summary of the related literatures;studies on the chemical constituents of Tinosporae sinenisis(Lour.)Merr.;quantitative analysis of compounds from Tinosporae sinenisis(Lour.)Merr.Part one:summary of the related literaturesThis chapter reviewed the chemical constituents,pharmacological activities and clinical application of Tinosporae sinenisis(Lour.)Merr.;reviewed the plants distribution,pharmacological activities and content analysis methods of tran-syringin,and tried to make prediction about the research work in the future.202 references were cited in total.Part two:studies on chemical constituents of Tinosporae sinenisis(Lour.)Merr.Several separation and purification methods and determination technology(such as ESI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR)were used to study the chemical constituents of Tinosporae sinenisis(Lour.)Merr.Twenty three compounds were isolated,and twenty two were identified,including six phenylpropanoids,three terpenoids,three cerebrosides,two alkaloids,a peptide,an amino acid and other components.Six phenylpropanoids were characterized as trans-syringin,tinosinen,syringaresinol-4-O-?-D-glucopyranoside,tinosposide,secoisolariciresinol-9-O-?-D-glucopy-ranosid and isolariciresinol-9-O-?-D-glucopyranoside.Three terpenoids were characterized as tinocordiside,tinosineside A and cycloeucalenone.Three cerebrosides were characterized as 2-(2'-hydroxytetracosanoylamino)octadecane-1,3,4-triol,soya-cerebroside ? and soya-cerebr-oside ?.Two alkaloids were characterized as trans-N-caffeoyltyramine and pseudopalmatine.One peptide was cyclo(tyrosyl-tyrosyl),one amino acid was L-pyroglutamic acid.Other components were characterized as 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furanacrylic acid,bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,1,2-di-O-palmitoyl-3-O-?-D-galactopyranosyl glycerol,3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-?-D-glucoside,?-sitosterol and daucosterol.Among them,5-hydroxymethyl-2-furanacrylic acid was firstly isolated from the nature,secoisolariciresinol-9-O-?-D-glucopyranoside,cycloeucalenone,2-(2'-hydroxytetracosanoyla-mino)octadecane-1,3,4-triol,soya-cerebroside ?,soya-cerebroside ?,traps-N-caffeoyltyra-mine,pseudopalmatine,cyclo(tyrosyl-tyrosyl),L-pyroglutamic acid,bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthal-ate,1,2-di-O-palmitoyl-3-O-?-D-galactopyranosyl glycerol and 3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-?-D-gl-ucoside were firstly isolated from Tinosporae sinenisis(Lour.)Merr.Part three:quantitative analysis of compounds from Tinosporae sinenisis(Lour.)Merr.HPLC methods were established for the determination of trans-syringin and tinosinen.The optimum extraction technology was evaluated including the best extraction solvent,amount of the solvent,hour and so on.The optimum extraction technology was evaluated by the extraction amount of trans-syringin and tinosinen.And the content of indicative constituents in different place were 0.0076%?0.0248%,0.0562%?0.1427%respectively.The fatty acids were extracted by petroleum ether and esterified by acid-methanol.The extractive were established by GC-MS technique,quantitatively analyze their contents by area normalization method.13 saturated fatty acids(44.38%of total contents)were identified in Tinosporae sinenisis(Lour.)Merr.Hexadecanoic acid is the major saturated fatty acids(16.17%),followed by heptadecanoic acid(7.85%).4 unsaturation fatty acids(28.43%)were identified.(Z,Z)-9,12-octadecadienoic acid(19.49%)is the major and then is 11-Octadecenoic acid(7.19%).
