Experimental Study On Remodeling Of Cough Reflex After Electroacupuncture On Cerebral Hemorrhage

The purpose of this study is to establish an animal model to illustrate the reshaping effect of electric items on cough reflex mechanism after intracerebral hemorrhage,and to provide experimental evidence for the clinical application and popularization of this method.Methods:45 male guinea pigs with male SPF were divided into body weight of 300 ±15g.After a week of adaptive feeding,citric acid was used to induce fecal cough,citrus,and cough for 10 minutes.The guinea pigs were less than 20 times or more than 100 times in 10 minutes.Guinea pigs to 45(supplemental guinea pigs also do not meet the exclusion criteria do not meet the rejection criteria),were randomly divided into blank control group,acupuncture group,electroacupuncture group three groups,each group were randomly divided into three subgroups,each Subgroup 5 animals.Male pure SPF guinea pigs,between 300 ± 15g.After 1 week,the guinea pigs were intraperitoneally anesthetized with 100%chloral hydrate(0.1 ml/10 g)and fixed on a stereotaxic device.The scalp was cut in the middle of the head and exposed to the skull.5mm,coronal or pre-drilling 1mm diameter of the hole,stereotactic puncture,with a syringe to the left basal ganglia(target:the front of the anterior fontanel 4-5mm,coronal 0.2mm forward,into the needle depth of 6-7mm,the basal ganglia),the heparinized guinea pig autologous blood 0.03ml slowly push the basal ganglia,push the needle after a moment,after the slow needle.Postoperative local spraying gentamicin,suture scalp,local skin with iodophor disinfection.After the blank control group did not give any treatment,acupuncture group to give acupuncture double wind pool,Yifeng points,select the needle specifications for the 0.35×25mm,into the needle depth of 4mm,every 10 minutes line needle,Twist the way,each line of needle 30 seconds,needle 20 minutes,once a day acupuncture.The acupoints of the acupoints were given to the ipsilateral wind pool,and the winds were connected to the electroacupuncture.The wind pool was the positive pole,and the shade was the negative pole.The output wave was the dense wave,and the frequency was 0.3 minAnn,needle 20 minutes,once a day treatment.The histological grading was performed at the time of sampling,and the samples were taken for 10 minutes after coughing.The samples were tested for serum interleukin 4,And the lung tissue ultrastructure was observed by transmission electron microscopy on the 28th day.The results were as follows:the number of coughs was compared at 10 min in the same time node,and the differences between the acupuncture group and the electroacupuncture group and the blank control group were significant(p<0.05),which was statistically significant.Similarly,in the sample behavioral score,serum interleukin and other aspects of acupuncture group and electro-acupuncture group compared with the blank control group,the results for the significant difference(p<0.05),statistically significant.Experimental results:1.Guinea pig intracerebral hemorrhage modeling,cough reflex is indeed weakened.2.Compared with the control group,acupuncture and electroacupuncture can reshape the sample cough reflex.3.Compared with the acupuncture group,the acupuncture group and the electroacupuncture group showed that the cough reflex effect of the electro-acupuncture remodeling sample was better than that of the acupuncture group.
