| Objective:The study through the observation of the quyidifang on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)and the clinical curative effect of insulin-like growth factor(IGF-1)effect,and explore the possible mechanism of the quyidifang combined with Methylcobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:A total of 70 DPN patients with the Qi Yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,patients were treated with hypoglycemic treatment,if abnormal blood pressure and blood lipid,Lowering blood pressure and regulating blood lipid.The treatment of the control group(n=35)use Mecobalamin Tablets 500 UG oral On the basis of basic treatment,3 times/day;treatment group(n=35)combine with Qu Yi Di Fang on the basis of the control group,daily 1 agent,water decoction 300ml,2 times/day,take warm traditional Chinese medicine orallying,a total of 8 weeks.The change index of curative effect was observed in the two groups before and after treatment,Including nerve conduction velocity(superficial peroneal nerve MCV,peroneal nerve SCV),lOg nylon yarn inspection,TCM symptom score,serum IGF-1 changes and blood lipids.Results:1.After treatment,the two groups of patients with Chinese medicine symptom scores were improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group of TCM symptom scores improved better than the control group(P<0.05).The single TCM symptom score improvement,treatment group were compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;after treatment,comparison of limb numbness,dry mouth thirst,fatigue,shortness of breath,sweating,Fanre symptoms between the groups(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;2.After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity of the two groups was improved(P<0.05).The improvement of MCV and SCV in the peroneal nerve and the peroneal nerve in the treatment group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the two groups of patients with pressure sensation examination improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)in the blood lipid.4.After treatment,the serum IGF-1 levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05)and the level of IGF-1 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quyidifang can effectively improve DPN patients with Qi Yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of TCM syndromes;Quyidifang can effectively improve clinical symptoms,especially in the improvement of numbness of the limbs,dry mouth,thirst,fatigue,shortness of breath,fanre,lazy words,spontaneous sweating,night sweatsetc.Quyidifang can improve the nerve conduction velocity of the patientand the pressure sensation of the patient.Quyidifang can adjust blood lipid of the patient.Conclusion the effect of quyidifang can increase the level of DPN in patients with IFG-1,and the improvement of symptoms and signs in patients with DPN may be related to the up regulation of serum IGF-1. |
