Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect of Tangluobitongyin the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and by comparing the expression changes of serum IGF-1 in the peripheral nervous system before and after treatment,to investigate the insulin-like growth factor(IGF-1)in the peripheral nerve of DPN patients.The role of dysfunction in the development of dysfunction and the effect of this party on the peripheral nerve function of DPN patients and preliminary evaluation of possible mechanisms.Method:By selecting 60 cases of qi and yin deficiency,blood stasis type patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each with 30 cases.Both groups were treated with basic diabetes treatment.The basic treatment of diabetes was mainly to regulate blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure,and the control group.On the basis of treatment,the drug mecobalamin tablets were applied at 500?g/time three times a day.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given T Tang Luo Bi Tong Yin on the basis of the control group.The dosage was 300ml water decoction,150ml per bag,1 bag each morning and evening,and warm clothes after meals;both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,the changes of serum IGF-1 and blood lipids were measured,nerve conduction velocity(NCV)was measured(bilateral superficial peroneal MCV and bilateral common peroneal nerves),TCM syndromes and points,and 10g nylon filaments were examined.Result:1.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores before and after the treatment were both better than before the treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant..2.After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity in both groups improved(P<0.05).The improvement of the peroneal nerve and superficial peroneal nerve in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups had better pressure tests than before treatment.P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the blood lipid improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,serum IGF-1 was increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Tangluobitongyin Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Qi and Yin Deficiency,blood stasis-responsive DPN,such as thirst,drink,numbness of limbs,fatigue,shortness of breath and other symptoms.2.Tangluobitongyin can effectively improve the patient's nerve conduction velocity,pressure perception3.Tangluobitongyin improves blood lipid disorders by lowering TG,TC,and LDL-C and raising HDL-C.4.After treatment,the serum concentration of IGF-1 in patients with DPN increased,and the mechanism of action of Tangluobitongyin may be related to the increase of serum IGF-1.
