Effects Of Electro Acupuncture At Acupuncturing Waijinjin And Waiyuye On Genioglossus Contraction

Objective:Ultrasound under the use of different waveforms to stimulate the external Jinjin and external Yuye,to observe the immediate effect of genioglossus contraction.Methods:A total of 14 healthy subjects were randomly divided into A and B groups.Group A was given an electro acupuncture continuous(frequency of 30Hz)wave to stimulate the external Jinjin,external Yuye acupoints,after 3 days of washout period(Intermittent ratio of 1:1)to stimulate the external Jinjin,external Yuye acupoints,in the ultrasound detection of genioglossus muscle thickness,to assess the intensity of genioglossus muscle contraction.Group B was given the electro acupuncture intermittent wave(intermittent ratio of 1:1)stimulation,after 3 days of washout period,and then use the electroacupuncture continuous wave(frequency of 30Hz)stimulation.Selection and observation methods with the A group.The data of 14 subjects were analyzed by open-type double-sided sequential t-test,The strength of the contraction of the submental muscles was assessed by measuring the thickness of the supine and submental muscles under ultrasound.Results:1.By the ultrasound guide acupuncture acupuncture external Jinjin,external Yuye,to the contralateral ear acupuncture direction,the direction of the two needle tip angle of about 90°;for the depth of acupuncture needle,Liquid acupuncture genions,when acupuncture acupuncture into the acupoints after a hollow feeling,once again feel resistance,for the thorn in the geniogra,in the ultrasound to be confirmed.2.Electroacupuncture continuous wave and electro acupuncture intermittent wave acupuncture external Jinjin,external Yuye,ultrasound observation of genioglossus muscle thickness,can cause genioglossus contraction;in the inclusion of 14 subjects,the ultrasound measurement Muscle strength,after analysis,zi = 6.537>Ui = 5.51,the test line to reach the upper bound U(that is,to receive electro acupuncture continuous wave efficacy is better than electroacupuncture intermittent wave or received electroacupuncture intermittent wave effect is better than electroacupuncture continuous Wave),and ? di<0,so accept the electro acupuncture intermittent wave effect is better than the electroacupuncture continuous wave.Conclusion:1.Select the hole external Jinjin,external Yuye into the needle acupuncture genioglossus,can significantly cause genioglossus contraction,expansion of the airway.2.Ultrasound can be intuitive,sensitive,dynamic observation and measurement along the external Jinjin,external Yuye acupuncture genioglossus,muscle contraction,muscle function status and activity status.3.Ultrasound along the external Jinjin,external Yuye into the needle acupuncture genioglossus,acupuncture and electrical needles can cause genioglossus contraction,improve muscle function status and activity status,which,intermittent Wave effect is better than electro-acupuncture continuous wave.
