Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Xiezhuo Decoction On Treating Hyperlipidemia(Repression Of Phlegm And Turbid)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Xiezhuo decoction on treating phlegm and Turbid suppression type hyperlipidemia.Methods:A total of 64 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were screened from the Department of Cardiology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to December 2016.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.Group,each group of 32 cases.The control group taking Xuezhikang capsule treatment,observation group taking Jianpi Xiezhuo treatment,while the movement of patients and diet guidance.(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),the total therapeutic effect of blood lipid,and the changes in the curative effect and integral of TCM symptoms were observed after 3 months.Detailed records of the observed indicators for statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of the two groups was 90.3%(observation group)and 67.7%(control group),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups of TCM syndrome scores decreased to 5.54 ± 3.85mmol/L(observation group)and 9.09 ± 4.74mmol/L(control group),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.The total effective rate of the two groups was 87.0%(observation group)and 80.6%(control group),the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The two groups of blood lipid indicators(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)were improved before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the levels of TC,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of TG decreased to 1.96 ± 0.21 mmol/L,Decreased to 2.20 ± 0.30 mmol/L,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Jianpi Xiezhuo decoction can effectively improve the levels of blood lipid in patients with phlegm and turbid-relieving hyperlipidemia.2.Jianpi Xiezhuo decoction can significantly improve the phlegm and turbid suppression type of hyperlipidemia patients with TCM symptoms.
