| Objective:Kidney deficiency type treated with acupuncture treatment,after little,observe its clinical effect,and evaluating acupuncture treatment,after safety,economy and effectiveness.Methods:This topic from January 1,2015 to December 1,2016 in heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology month after a few patients,a total of 30 patients,aged 18 to 40,shortest duration for three menstrual cycles,the maximum for 5 years,and check the ultrasonic excluded implement qualitative sex pathological change,according to the syndrome group for patients with kidney Yang deficiency type.Treated by itself before contrast method,after treatment with acupuncture therapy.Guan yuan,qi hai,shen shu,too creek,foot three mile,three vaginal intercourse,extremely,blood,lr 3,in the valley,ovaries,spleen,liver shu shu,best can acupuncture points,such as treatment of three menstrual cycles in a row,according to the TCM symptom scale integral change,make the outcome.Results:1.After treatment,in 30 patients were healed in 5 cases(16.67%),10 cases were markedly improved(33.33%),12 cases(40.00%),effective invalid in 3 patients(10.00%),the total effective rate was 90.00%.So that the curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of kidney Yang deficiency type,after less significant,patients in the process of treatment does not appear any harmful response.2.Curative effect analysis:relationship with age ranging in age from 18 to 30 and 30 to 40 years old in the two groups by SPSS 17.0 statistical software analysis,two groups of curative effect comparison there was no significant difference(P>0.05).There is no correlation between the effect of that age.3.Efficacy and menstrual quantity:how many relations between menstrual quantity reduce 1/3 of patients before treatment effect is menstrual quantity less than two-thirds of patients with curative effect significantly(P<0.05),about menstrual quantity decreases and the curative effect is obvious.4.This study USES is itself before and after comparison research method,comparison before and after treatment of integral situation,before treatment:Menstrual quantity of points 2.94±1.01,Menstrual approved by color,the quality score was 1.88±0.49,The line integral time was 1.69±0.74,Pee frequency soft integral was 0.69±0.47,Hand,foot and cool points was0.59±0.50,Dizzy tinnitus integral was 0.53±0.51,God fatigue integral was 0.59±0.50,Lumbar debility integral was 0.77±0.41,After treatment the score were 1.13±1.34,0.69±0.97,0.56±0.91,0.22±0.42,0.38±0.49,0.22±0.42,0.31 ±0.47,0.25±0.44,it is known that P<0.05,so the conclusion of the before and after acupuncture treatment in patients with significant differences on the contrast.5.The patients were followed up for 5 cases cured patients after 2 months without relapse.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture for treatment of kidney Yang deficiency type,after little has a good therapeutic effect.2.Through the acupuncture of kidney Yang deficiency type,after less clinical symptoms can be improved.3.The acupuncture treatment of kidney Yang deficiency type,after is a less effective,economic and safe treatment method,but it can be widely applied in clinical treatment,and worthy of further research. |
