Objective:Through the retrospective analysis of the clinical data of keloid patients treated in dermatology of the Second Hospital of Jilin University in the past five years, the author summarized several aspects of all the patients with keloid, such as the age, predisposing factors, location, scar area and prognosis,to analyze the correlation of keloid triple therapy and the clinical characteristics and prognosis of keloid. Methods:With the method of retrospective clinical analysis,192 keloid patients accepted triple therapy(surgical treatment, intraoperative local injection of compound betamethasone combined with 90Sr-90 Y after surgery)in dermatology of the Second Hospital of Jilin University from 2011 to 2016 were enrolled in a systematic analysis to investigate the correlation between the clinical efficacy of triple therapy and the clinical features of keloid.Results:1.The clinical characteristics of keloid: the peak age of keloid incidence is 21-30 years old,the average age is(29.36 ± 12.35)years old, gender differences of the average age were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).81 cases of keloids were caused by infection,60 cases were caused by operation(including puncture of the ear),predisposing factor of 27 cases were not clear, and 24 cases were caused by trauma. As for the location,48 cases were on the anterior thoracic,44 cases were on the ear,33 cases were on the limbs,30 cases were on the face(mandibular margin),12 cases were on the neck,10 cases were on the abdomen,8 cases were on the perineum,7 cases were on the back.130 cases were with small scars,54 cases with middle scars,8 cases with huge scars.169 cases don't have any family history, and 23 cases have family history.2.Correlation between clinical efficacy of triple therapy and clinical features of scars: the clinical cure rate of triple therapy was 82.8%.There was no significant difference in cure rate between male and female triple therapy(P> 0.05).The difference of cure rate of triple therapy in different age groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the cure rate of keloid caused by different predisposing factors(P> 0.05).There was significant difference in the cure rate of triple therapy between different locations(P <0.05).There were significant differences in the cure rate of different areas of keloid(P <0.05).The cure rate of patients with family history was lower than that without family history, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The surgical procedure was related to the clinical curative effect of triple therapy. The cure rate of different surgical methods was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions:1.Keloid most occurred in the age of 21-30 years old,the average age of men and women was the same.Keloid was induced mainly by infection, followed by surgery and trauma. What's more, the main inducement of male is infection and that of female was surgery. The predilection site of keloid is the chest, ear, face(mandibular edge),limbs, neck, abdomen, back and perineum, related to the age.Keloid patients were mainly with small scars, and those with family history suffered from larger scars.2.Gender,predisposing factors have nothing to do with the efficacy of triple therapy. The therapeutic effect of patients younger than 20 years old was the worst. The cure rate of the ear, face(mandibular margin)and neck was significantly higher than that of the trunk and limbs(chest, back, abdomen, and perineum). The cure rate of small scars was higher than that of middle scars and large scars. The cure rate of patients with family history was lower than those without family history. The cure rate of direct incision and suture was higher than that of local flap and full thickness skin graft.3.With significant clinical efficacy and less side effects, triple therapy is worth widely used in clinical.
