As a result of the improvement of living standards,changes in diet led to a large number of saturated fatty acids intake,and fast-paced life so that exercise time is greatly reduced,leading to increased cholesterol levels in the body,and then lead to high cholesterol problems.Hyperlipidemia has become one of the most common diseases in today's society.In recent years,the incidence of hyperlipidemia has increased year by year,has been called "one of the three major killers of human health",Its damage to health is very large;high blood lipids can lead to atherosclerosis,induced coronary heart disease,stroke,myocardial infarction,hemiplegia and other diseases,In addition,when the body is too high blood lipids,but also induced high blood pressure,high blood sugar,fatty liver,pancreatitis,fundus hemorrhage and other diseases,the harm to the human body is very serious,greatly affect the quality of life of patients [1].To improve the problem of hyperlipidemia,this article developed a preparation,Prescription by garlic,turmeric,alisma three herbs composition,,with the effect of lowering blood lipids,help to improve people's quality of life,health status.In this paper,the quality standard,production process,drug stability and pharmacodynamics of the preparation were studied.The dosage form of this preparation was selected as soft capsule,and the dosage form was examined,including the production process,quality standard,stability and pharmacodynamics study.The results are as follows:1,Production Process DesignExtraction process: allicin is the main active ingredient of garlic,with lower blood lipids,blood sugar,cholesterol,prevention of atherosclerosis and other effects[2].Because allicin is volatile oil,water vapor extraction method can effectively extract its active ingredients,and the process is mature,easy to mass production.The main functional components of turmeric and angelic acid are the effective components of curcumin and 23-acetylated diarrhea alcohol.The method can effectively extract its active ingredients.The method has the advantages of low cost,simple and convenient operation process andconvenient mass production.We propose to use L9(34)orthogonal test to find the optimum extraction conditions of turmeric and alisma extract,The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction time is 3 times,the amount of alcohol is 5 times,the alcohol concentration is 70%,and the extraction time is 3 hours.The results showed that the extraction rate of the extracted active ingredients was greatly improved after the fermentation,and the optimum extraction conditions were obtained by L9(34)orthogonal test to determine the optimum extraction conditions of the steam extract of garlic.The process conditions are: constant temperature 30 degrees Celsius fermentation4 hours,the boiler added to two atmospheric pressure,water vapor temperature maintained at 120 ~ 125 degrees Celsius,ventilation for two hours.2,Quality StandardsThe following is the specific quality of the soft capsule research.The content of allicin is measured by high performance gas chromatography(GC)as the detection index of this soft capsule,and the quality standard is quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that the content of the capsules is determined by gas chromatography,and the results are as good as specificity,high sensitivity and good stability.3,Stability Study FormulationThe stability of the adjuvant hypoglycemic capsules was studied by adding the speed test and the normal temperature test.The results showed that the five indexes,such as the traits,the difference of the loading capacity,the time of disintegration,the content and the microbial limit were tested.There was no significant change in the five indexes,and the stability of the preparation was good.4,Pharmacodynamics ResearchThe pharmacodynamics of this soft capsule was studied using SPF grade SD rats as experimental animals.Through the determination of total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum,it was judged that the soft capsule was helpful to reduce the triglyceride functional animal.
