| Objective: On the basis of the treatment of interferon combined with ribavirin against hepatitis C virus,the effect of Yiqi Yanggan prescription on the adverse effects of interferon combined with ribavirin antiviral therapy was observed with Yinzhihuang granule granules as control.Methods: Collected 40 patients who had been hospitalized and treated using interferon combined with ribavirin for the treatment of hepatitis C virus from September 2014 to December 2015 in department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Medicine,Second Affiliated Hospital of Ji Lin University.These patients were randomly divided into two groups,each one of 20 cases: In the case of the applying polyethylene glycol interferon ?-2a(trade name: Paroxin,Shanghai Roche Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)180ug,subcutaneous injection once a week and ribavirin(Sichuan Meidakang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.Production)1000mg at a time,once daily,the experimental group of 20 patients with hepatitis C were given Yiqi Yanggan recipe 150 ml at a time,once daily and the control group were given Yin Zhihuang granules granules 3g / times,td.Each course lasted for 12 weeks.The adverse effects such as fever,fatigue,muscle soreness,headache,insomnia and changes in blood routine were observed and recorded before and 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.The changes of HCV-RNA were examined and recorded at 4 weeks,12 weeks,and 24 weeks after treatment.The changes of liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB)were examined and recorded before and 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.The changes of liver transient elasticity(liver hardness value,in KPA) were measured and recorded before and 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment.Results: 1.Adverse reactions before or after treatment According to the clinical observation in the treatment of 1 week,the experimental group compared with the control group in fever,headache and muscle joint aches,the remission rate of the former was 63.2%,60% and 50%,significantly better than the latter which the remission rate was 30%,21.4% and13.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group compared with the control group in fever,fatigue,muscle joint aches,headache,insomnia in the treatment of 2 weeks,the remission rate of the former was 89.5%,82.4%,86.7%,77.8%,86.7% significantly advantaged over the latter which the remission rate was 50.0%,44.4%,50.0%,40.0%,30.8%,the remission rate of obvious advantages,The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The remission rate of granulocytopenia was 84.6% and 41.7% between the experimental group and the control group at 4 weeks after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).In the case of thrombocytopenia,the remission was similar at all treatment points(P> 0.05).2.The virological response before or after treatment According to clinical observation,the rapid virological response(RVR)rate,early virological response(EVR)rate and sustained virological response(SVR)were measured at 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment with the result showing that Yiqi Yanggan prescription combined with treatment group were 60.0%,85.0% and 75.0%.The RVR rate,EVR rate and SVR rate of the control group were 50.0%,75.0% and 70.0% respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).3.Recurrent of Liver function before or after treatment According to the clinical observation,in Yiqi Yanggan prescription combined treatment experimental group compaired within Yinzhihuang Granules Combined treatment control group,the patients' ALT,AST,TBIL levels between the two groups decreased significantly at the 4th week and the 8th week.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before or after treatment in the decline of liver function indicators(mean)as well as the comparison between the groups.4.Changes of liver hardness before and after treatment According to clinical observation,KPA value of Yiqi Yanggan prescription combined treatment group at the 12 th week of treatment decreased significantly than that before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant change in KPA in the control group at the 12 th week(P> 0.05).The level of KPA decline(mean)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at the 12 th week(P <0.05).Conclusion: Intervention of Yiqi Yanggan prescription in the treatment of interferon combined with ribavirin against chronic hepatitis C can significantly improve the patients' adverse reactions,including fever,fatigue,muscle and joint pain,neutropenia,headache,insomnia and other reactions.It has obvious effect on dissolving fiber and improving the degree of liver fibrosis.It can be used as a Polyethylene glycol interferon combined with ribavirin(PR)program for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C adjuvant therapy.It is worth promoting the application. |
