Purpose In this paper, anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)anatomy is used to treat 61 patients with acute and chronic anterior cruciate ligament injury.Through comparative analysis,we can see if there is difference between acute and chronic effect of Arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,in order to provide a reference to orthopedics doctors to choose operation time.Datum and Method Datum: In this paper,we choose 61 patients in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University with simple ACL injury during the period from October 2014 to December 2015.They are completed by the same year funding professor who are aged between 18 and 55 years. The interval of injury and operation is two weeks defined, dividing acute and chronic injury. There are 23 cases of acute stage, who are aged between 18 and 53 years(average 30.82±9.41 years). In this datum, there are 18 cases of male and 5 cases of female;13 cases of left knee,10 cases of right knee,0 cases of knees;Cause of injury:5 cases of falls,14 cases of sports injuries,4 cases of sprain. There are 38 cases of chronic stage, who are aged between 18 and 55 years(average 31.02±11.51 years). In this datum, there are 26 cases of male and 12 cases of female;17 cases of leftknee,22 cases of right knee and 0 cases of knees;Cause of injury: 11 cases have no obvious incentive,10 cases are injured,3 cases are sports injuries and 14 cases are sprained.Method:The patients are followed up for 1,3,and 12 months after operation. The patients are tested before the Drawer test,Lachman test,Pivot shift test,MRI imaging findings of knee joint after 12 months,Range of knee motion(ROM),IKDC score and Lysholm score.Data analysis is used SPSS 21.0 statistical software, including general data description(mean ± standard deviation)and independent sample t test.P <0.05 is as the test standard.Result Two groups of patients are followed up for a minimum of 12 months, the longest 26 months and the average follow-up time 17.6months.Knee anatomical reconstruction of the acute phase and chronic anterior cruciate ligament injury are satisfied. The acute stage average is 102.95 ± 7.22 and chronic stage average is 97.36 ± 6.74 in one month after knee surgery.By t test P <0.05,it is statistically significant. The mean value of the acute group is 125.47 ± 3.82 and the mean value of the chronic phase group is124.65 ± 4.57 in 3 months after knee surgery.By t test P >0.05,it is no statistically significant. In the 12 months after follow-up,the mean value of Lysholm score is 85.13 ± 6.71,and 78.50 ± 8.21 in the chronic phasereconstruction group.By t test P <0.05,it is statistically significant. In the12 months after follow-up,the mean value of IKDC score is 85.82 ± 5.72 in the acute phase reconstruction group and 81.70 ± 4.52 in the chronic phase reconstruction group.By t test P <0.05,it is statistically significant.CONCLUSION Knee arthroscopic anatomical reconstruction of ACL has obvious advantages for the early limb functional exercise and the maximum recovery of the knee joint function.Acute phase reconstruction is more dominant than chronic phase in the early recovery of joint mobility and knee function. In the long-term degree of functional recovery of knee joint, acute ACL reconstruction group is more dominant than chronic phase for the patients after knee surgery.
