| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Danggui Shaoyao Powder in the treatment of cervical HPV infection,for the clinical treatment of cervical HPV infection to provide methods and ideas.Methods:In this study,60 patients with cervical HPV infection who met the diagnostic criteria were enrolled in the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2015 to October 2016,and these patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group of 30 cases,to the decoction of traditional Chinese medicine Danggui Shaoyao powder plus orally combined with children yellow film capsule vaginal medicine,3 menstrual cycle(a course of treatment);The control group of 30 cases,to Xin Fenning vaginal medicine,3 menstrual cycle(a course of treatment).To observe the change of clinical syndrome score and the change of HPV DNA viral load in the two groups of patients,and to analyze the curative effect of the control group before and after the treatment and the control between the two groups.Results:1.Chinese medicine decoction Danggui Shaoyao powder addition and subtraction combined with children yellow film can significantly improve the clinical syndrome of patients with clinical points(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 90%,a total of 30 cases,the cure rate of 36.7%,markedly effective rate of 43.3%,effective 3%,ineffective 3%and better than Xin Shuining control group:the total effective rate was 56.7%,the cure rate was 6.7%,the effective rate was 40%,the effective rate was 3%,and the inefficiency was 43.3%.2.Chinese medicine decoction Danggui Shaoyao powder addition and subtraction combined with children with yellow film can reduce the HPV DNA viral load in patients with significant statistical differences(P<0.01)and is significantly better than the control group.3.After treatment,20 cases of treatment group,20 cases were negative,negative rate was 66.7%,in the control group,12 cases were negative and the HPV negative rate was 40%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate was 56.7%in the control group after treatment,and the total effective rate was 90.0%in the treatment group.There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.Conclusion:1.Danggui Shaoyao Powder can be used to treat cervical HPV infection,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine patients,reduce HPV DNA viral load,improve the negative rate of HPV,clinical efficacy is accurate,safe and reliable,it is worth promote the application. |
