Clinical Observation Of Treating The Skin Itching Of Chronic Renal Failure With Qinglihuayuzhiyang Recipe

Objective:Application of Qingli Huayu Zhiyang recipe in the treatment of skin itching in patients with chronic renal failure,to observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure itchy skin.Methods:Selected from March 2016 to January 2017,from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University hospital patient 40 cases of renal clinic patients,TCM type is damp heat and blood stasis syndrome,and consistent with chronic renal failure skin itching into the standard.On the basis of routine treatment of Western Medicine,give the use of Qingli Huayu Zhiyang recipe of Chinese medicine treatment method,daily 1 agent,water decoction 2 times a total of about 300ml,mix,sooner or later the 2 day,4 weeks for a course of treatment.Take their own before and after the control method to observe,to observe the clinical curative effect and TCM symptom score before and after the treatment,compare the changes of the skin pruritus score before and after treatment and the change of the related laboratory index.Results:According to Qingli Huayu Zhiyang recipe treatment of chronic renal failure,the total effective rate is 77.78%;The total effective rate of TCM syndrome is 80.56%;After the treatment of Qingli Huayu Zhiyang recipe,the itching symptoms of the patients were relieved,pruritus score decreased significantly(P<0.01);and the renal function was improved,Scr and BUN were significantly decreased(P<0.01),Ccr increased(P<0.01),TCM symptom scores decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Treatment of chronic renal failure(Syndrome of damp heat and blood stasis)with Qingli Huayu Zhiyang recipe can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with skin itching.2.Qingli Huayu Zhiyang recipe can effectively reduce serum creatinine,urea nitrogen in patients with chronic renal failure,i m-prove endogenous creatinine clearance rate,improve renal function.3.Treatment of chronic renal failure with Qingli Huayu Zhiyang recipe can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,reduce the symptom score and improve the whole body condition.
