Clinical Observation Of Electro Acupuncture Combined With Pricking Fengchi Acupoint Treatment Of Abducent Paralysis

Objective:Through the comparison of the clinical curative effect of needling combined with electro acupuncture and traditional acupuncture treatment of abducens nerve palsy of abducens nerve paralysis.Method:The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from acupuncture clinic and acupuncture ward met the criteria for inclusion in the 60 cases of abducens nerve paralysis were randomly divided into two groups;including penetration needling combined withelectroacupuncture treatment group of 30 cases of abducens nerve paralysis,and traditional acupuncture treatment of abducens nerve paralysis and 30 cases in the-control group.Take acupuncture 1 times daily.Take acupuncture 5 days a week and rest for two days.28 days is a course of treatment.By comparing the treatment group and the control group 1 courses,2 courses of treatment at different stages of treatment effect contrast.The recovery degree of symptoms and the deviation of eyeball deviation were measured before and after the treatment,and the data were processed and analyzed by using SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results:After statistical analysis,two groups of patients with symptoms have obvious change,the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group;the difference was significant,P<0.05 degree of strabismus in two groups before and after treatment,there was statistical significance in treatment group:11 cases were cured,10cases markedly effective in 8cases,1 cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 97%.Control group:4 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the comparison of the two groups,P<0.05,was statistically significant.All patients had no adverse events during the treatment period.Conclusion:Through clinical treatment group compared with the control group the clinical efficacy:the treatment group through needling with electroacupuncture in treating abducent paralysis is significant,the disease of abducens nerve palsy patients can use this treatment,operation is simple and feasible.
