Objective:To analyse the clinical features?risk factors and therapies of hospitalized patients with isolated calf deep vein thrombosis(ICDVT).To compare the thrombolysis rate of the acute ICDVT patients with anticoagulation only and with thrombolytic therapy and anticoagulation. Methods:Age,genders, locations, clinical symptoms, and risk factors of the hospitalized patients who were diagnosed with ICDVT in the department of vascular surgery, the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University in 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. To compare the thrombosis recanalization rate of acute ICDVT patients with anticoagulantion therapy for 1 month and 3 months with those with anticoagulantion and thrombolytic therapy for 1 month and 3 months.Results:122 hospitalized patients with ICDVT were enrolled, accounting for 25.7% of the patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.Among them,41 cases were male, accounting for 33.6%;81 cases were female, accounting for 66.4%.The average year of age was(56.41±13.87).49 cases involved the left lower limb, accounting for 40.0%;39 cases involved the right lower limb, accounting for 32.0%;34 cases involved both of the two lower limbs, accounted for 28.0%.Muscular calf vein thrombosis accounted for 77.9%(95 cases).76 cases were characterized by pain, accounting for 62.3%.And 91 cases were characterized by swelling, accounting for 74.6%.Common risk factors included age(?45)(85.2%),deficiency of natural anticoagulants(83.0%),surgery(45.9%)and malignant tumors(28.7%),etc.After anticoagulation only for 1 month, the rate of complete recanalization was as follows 27.45%;the rate of partial recanalization was 31.37%;After anticoagulation and thrombolysis for 1 month, the rate of complete recanalization was as follows 31.25%;the rate of partial recanalization was 40.63%.After anticoagulation only for 3 months, the rate of complete recanalization was as follows 45.10%;the rate of partial recanalization was 33.33%;After anticoagulation and thrombolysis for 3 months, the rate of complete recanalization was as follows 53.13%;the rate of partial recanalization was 34.38%.There was no significant difference between the thrombosis recanalization rate of the acute ICDVT patients after anticoagulation and thrombolytic therapy and that after anticoagulation only. Conclusions:The ages with high incidence of ICDVT were from 40 to 80.The age of onset in women was earlier.Pain and swelling were the main clinical symptoms of ICDVT.The incidence of muscular calf vein thrombosis(MCVT)was highest in ICDVT.Age(?45),deficiency of natural anticoagulants, surgery, and malignant tumors were major risk factors of ICDVT.There was no significant difference between the therapeutic effect of the acute ICDVT patients after anticoagulation and thrombolytic therapy and that after anticoagulation only.
