Investigation And Aesthetic Analysis On The Lips Of Han Women In Central China

Objective:Lips are the core features of the lower third of the face.By measuring the lips related indicators of the normal adult Han women in Central China,the measurement data of the regional lips are provided;and the beautiful women are selected,index between their inner lips and related indicators of the face is statistical analysis.providing a reference for the lip enhancement,deformity correction and other surgical planning.Methods:A total of 235 young women were selected from the Central Plains region.They were aged from 18 to 25 years old.The lip width,lip thickness and the shape of mouth angle were measured.The results were analyzed.35 beautiful women were collected,The correlation between the vertical and horizontal lines and the angle index is analyzed.Measurement method: using the direct measurement method and digital camera-computer aided measurement method,SPSS21.0 statistical software were used to analyze the measured data.Results :1.The lip width of the normal adult female in Central Plains was 4.77± 0.38 cm,the medium mouth width(40.1-50.0mm)accounted for 67%,the width(50.0-60.0mm)accounted for 30%,the extra width(60.1mm-)accounted for 1%,Upper lip thickness medium(4.1-8.0mm)accounted for 52.7%,thick(8.1-12.0mm)accounted for 46.4%,lower lip thickness medium accounted for 2.1%,65.1% thick;the ascending type of mouth 17%,horizontal type with 77.9%,hanging down 5.1%.2.Beauty lips features: in vertical direction: the philtrum column height and the total upper lip height、the lower third face height,the philtrum width and the upper vermilion height,the total lower lip height and the total upper lip height、the upper vermilion height、the lateral vermilion height、the lower vermilion height,the total upper lip height and the lateral upper vermilion height、the lower third face height,the lateral vermilion height and the upper vermilion height、the lateral upper vermilion height,the lateral upper vermilion height and the lower vermilion height,the upper vermilion height and the lateral upper vermilion height、the lower vermilion height,the lower vermilion height and the lower third face height,the upper vermilion height and the lower vermilion height,there is a clear correlation between them.in the horizontal direction : the mouth width and the distance between philtrum to quarrel、the nose width、the archwire medial ridge、the lower third face width、the outer canthus width,the philtrum column height and the archwire medial ridge、the archwire lateral ridge,the philtrum width and the archwire lateral ridge、the archwire medial ridge,the archwire lateral ridge and the distance between philtrum to quarrel,there is a clear correlation between them.And measure the ratio and its regression equation,get those ratios : the philtrum column height/ the total upper lip height is 0.65,the total lower lip height/ the philtrum column height is 0.73,the upper vermilion height / the total lower lip height is 0.75,the total lower lip height/ the lateral vermilion height is 0.78,the lateral upper vermilion height/ the lower vermilion height is 0.67,the nose width / the mouth width is 0.7,close to Japan respected aesthetic standards which is called 2 law in recent years.the upper vermilion height/ the philtrum width is 0.578,the archwire medial ridge/ the philtrum width is 0.57,close to the golden division rate.the upper vermilion height/ the lower vermilion height is 0.81,the lower is bigger than the upper slightly.compared with the proportion of gold,the propotion of silver is more suitable for the expression od the characteristics of beauty lips in the Central Plains region.There is a close relationship in the side view of the lateral lip angle and the nasolabial angle、the mentolabial sulcus angle and the upper and lower lip angle、the mentolabial sulcus angle and the lateral lip angle.3.there is no statistical meaning in the difference between the beauty lips and ordinary people in the philtrum height、the lips width and the total upper lip height.The upper and lower lips thick,bilateral corners and red lips area and circumference are slightly larger in the beauty lips.The central angle of labial arch is smaller than the ordinary women.Conclusion:1.The lips width between the young women of the Han nationality in the Central Plains was similar with that reported in Shandong,Xinjiang and Nanjing,which was slightly smaller than that of the Mongolian rupture.The lips width was concentrated in the middle and wide,with the upper lips thick mostly middle and the lower lips thick mostly thick,the shape of the mouth angle were mostly flush;2.In the beauty Lip features,the proportion of silver(1: 0.707)can reflected the proportion of the lips characteristics better than the golden ratio(1: 0.618);3.The beautiful women’s upper and lower red lips thick,bilateral cross angle and red lips area and circumference are slightly larger than the ordinary women.And the central angle of labial arch is smaller than the ordinary women.;...
