Objective:To detect different types of porcelain crowns for different time periods before and after in subgingival plaque Porphyromonas gingivalis(Porphyromonas gingivalis,P.g),Treponema denticola(Treponema denticola,T.d),Tannerella forsythensis(Tannerella forsythensis,T.f)three bacteria detection rate,combined with clinical periodontal indices evaluating the impact of different types of materials on periodontal tissues,clinical choice of repair material and effect evaluation on an experimental basis.Method:1.From September 2015 to October 2016,the patients in Department of Stomatology in the People's Hospital of Liaoning Provincial were treated with full crown restoration.According to the patients with porcelain crowns with different material,divided into two groups:zirconia all ceramic crown group of 40 patients(19 males,female 21 cases)and cobalt chromium alloy ceramic crown group of 40 patients(22 male and female 18 cases).Located with jaw-teeth with the same name(if the tooth is missing,replaced by contract)for the controls with in a group.All subjects took control in 25-65 years of age,zirconia all ceramic crown 32.60±7.93 years average age;average age group of cobalt chromium alloy ceramic crown 33.33±6.44,have agreed to participate in this experiment and signed informed consent.2.Method:The comparison between the two groups,group internal control study,check and record the subjects tooth preparation before and porcelain crowns after 3-month,6-month clinical periodontal indices,including periodontal probing depth(Probing depth,PD)and bleeding on probing(bleeding on probing,BOP).Subgingival plaque samples collected by 4-site method,in accordance with the method of magnetic bead bacterial genomic DNA extraction DNA extraction kit instruction,using Polymerase Chain Reaction(Polymerase Chain Reaction,PCR)method,the P.g,T.d and T.f gene fragments were amplified,extracting a certain amount of amplified DNA sampling at 1.5%agarose gel electrophoresis,observating under UV.The results of the experiment were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software package,and the differences of bacterial detection rate at different time were determined by ?~2-test.Results:1.All porcelain crowns before:zirconia all ceramic crown and cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown in age and gender on general information,PD,BOP-positive rate,Pg,Td,Tf detection rate,no significant differences in clinical and laboratory parameters(P>0.05).2.The zirconia all ceramic crown group:Experimental group at three months,six months after repair:PD,Pg,Td,and Tf detection rate compared with before tooth preparation showed no significant difference(P>0.05),no statistically significant;positive BOP showed no differences in rates compared with prior to tooth preparation.Observed in the control group at three months,six months:PD,Pg,Td,Tf inspection rate before and showed no significant difference(P>0.05),BOP before and there were no differences in detection rates.The experimental group and the control group:fix PD values after three months,six months,Pg,Td,Tf detection rates are small,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),compared with the control group,no difference in rate of BOP.3.The cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown group:Experiment group roast porcelain Crown repair Hou three months PD value,BOP positive rate,Pg,and Td,and Tf of check out rate and teeth body prepared Qian compared are has increased,but no statistics differences(P>0.05);repair Hou six months PD value,BOP positive rate,Pg,and Td,and Tf of check out rate and repair Qian compared increased of obviously,has significantly sex differences(P<0.05).Observed in the control group at three months,six months.PD,Pg,Td,Tf inspection rate before and showed no significant difference(P>0.05),BOP before and there were no differences in detection rates.Experiment group and control group compared:full crown repair after three months PD value,BOP of positive rate,Pg,and T.d,and T.f of check out rate,are no significantly sex differences(P>0.05),no statistics meaning;repairafter six months Shi PD value,BOP of positive rate,Pg,and Td,and Tf of check out rate,are increased,differences has statistics meaning(P<0.05).4..Zirconia all ceramic crown and cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown:The comparison between the two groups:three months after repair:co-cr crowns set of PD values significantly higher than zirconia crown group,significant difference(P<0.05),a statistically significant;BOP positive rate,Pg,and Td.Tf detection rates were high zirconia all ceramic crown group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Six months after repair:PD,BOP positive rate,Pg,and Td,Tf detection rates are significantly higher than those of irconia all ceramic crowns group,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.After three months and six months.zirconia all ceramic crowns have no significant inflammatory changes in periodontal tissues;cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crowns six months,periodontal tissue showed inflammatory state.2.Zirconia all ceramic crowns is more conducive to safeguarding the health of periodontal tissue than cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crowns.
