Study On The Mechanism Of Acupuncture Intervention On Ovulation In SD Rats

Objective:To explore the effect mechanism of acupuncture on follicular growth,development,matration,excretion and its effect on reproductive endocrine hormones,explain the scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine therapy,to provide scientific basis for the clinical application of acupuncture to promote ovulation.Methods:27 rats with normal estrous cycle were screened,they were randomly divided into 3 groups according to body weight:blank group,acupuncture group and placebo group,each group of 9.The acupuncture group selected "zhongji","QihaiM" "Baihui,",,,Sanyinjiao," bilateral,bilateral"Hegu",acusector connection "zhongji" and "qihai";Placebo acupuncture group selected unknown points,Bilateral femoral trochanter and Houhai(depression between the tail and the anus)midpoint,bilateral acromial end.The shallow needling of the program,when the needle after the needle without electric stimulation,electro acupuncture set virtual.Rats in blank group were not intervened.The vaginal smear was used to observe the estrous cycle,and the body weight was recorded every day,On the first day of estrus to acupuncture,daily 1 times,after the end of acupuncture combined with vaginal smear,The rats were sacrificed during the estrous period,serum estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),insulin growth factor-1(IGF-1)were detected.At the same time,the bilateral ovaries of rats were taken and weighed,the number of primary follicles,secondary follicles and mature follicles were observed under light microscope.Results:① The acupuncture group of serum estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and blank control group,placebo acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).② There was a significant difference between the rats in the acupuncture group and the ovary index and the placebo group(p<0.05).③ The number of primary follicle,secondary follicle and follicle in acupuncture group were higher than those in blank group and placebo group,butp>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;There was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and the blank group and the placebo group in the rate of primary follicle and secondary follicle(p>0.05);Compared with blank group and placebo group,there was significant difference in mature follicle rate of acupuncture group(p<0.05).Conclusion:① Acupuncture can promote the growth and development of follicles,increase the rate of mature follicles and promote the excretion of follicles.② Acupuncture can increase the levels of serum estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),insulin growth factor-1(IGF-1),so as to improve the ovulation function and improve the pregnancy rate.
