The Observation Of The Effect Of Qingzi Decoction On Serum RBP And Cys C In Patients With Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To observe the effect of Qingzi Decoction on serum RBP and Cys C in patients with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type 2 diabetes mellitus and its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:60 patients who met the study criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group under the guidance of randomized control principle.Which the former on the basis of routine treatment in Western medicine by the addition of Qingzi Decoction orally,the latter only with the conventional treatment of Western medicine,the two groups of the same treatment,were twelve weeks.Serum RBP,Cys C and other laboratory indexes such as BMI,HbAlc,FBG,PBG,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,Lp(a),Apo-A,Apo-B,Scr,eGFR were measured before and after treatment in the two groups to observe the effect on serum RBP,Cys C and its clinical efficacy and safety.Results:After the treatment,the two groups’clinical symptoms and blood glucose-related laboratory indicators were improved than before,and the experimental group is better than the control group.The overall effective rates were 93%in the experimental group and 73%in the control group.After the treatment,the two groups’blood lipid profile were all optimized,in improving the TC,TG,LDL-C,the experimental group is better than the control group.After the treatment,two groups’Apo-B decreased compared with before,and the decrease of the experimental group was better than the other one.After the treatment,the values of Cys C,RBP in the experimental group were lower than before,the control group was no significant difference compared with before treatment.After the treatment,the values of Scr and eGFR experimental group were improved before treatment,the control group was no significant difference compared with before treatment.There were no significant differences in liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment.There was no significant adverse reaction between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:Qingzi Decoction is effective in treating patients with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can reduce its syndrome score,blood glucose,regulate blood lipid profile and reduce Apo-B,serum Cys C,RBP,improve Scr and eGFR,and no obvious Reaction,safe and reliable.
