Clinical Observation And Theoretical Exploration Of Buqi Qufeng Method In The Treatment Of Membranous Nephropathy

Purpose:Discuss the theories basis of Buqi Qufeng method in membranous nephropathy treatment,and observe the clinical therapeutic effect Buqi Qufeng method combined with conventional therapy for membranous nephropathy,provide theoretical and clinical basis of this disease.Methods:Theoretical research and literature search and review,about the treatment of membranous nephropathy,and summarized clinical experience of the treatment of membranous nephropathy was summarized.The clinical study,collected 30 cases of membranous nephropathy patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 15 cases in each group,the control group given with combined hormone therapy,treatment group with Buqi Qufeng method oral prescription of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,treatment for 6 months,the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients with urinary protein,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,symptom score changes were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)The therapy of Buqi and expelling wind in the treatment of membranous nephropathy conforms to the pathological features of membranous nephropathy with Qi deficiency and wind disturbance,which can be used for the treatment of patients with membranous nephropathy.(2)Before treatment:the treatment group symptom scores for(22.66 + 9.93),the control group of TCM syndrome integral is(23.71 + 8.86),p>0.05,no significant difference;after treatment:the treatment group symptom scores for(8 + 6.26),the control group of TCM syndrome integral is(16.45 + 8.80),p<0.05 the difference was statistically significant.In the treatment group,the improvement of limb edema,throat discomfort,appetite and sleep were the most obvious.(3)Before treatment:the treatment group mean proteinuria(6.82 + 2.06)g/D,the control group of urine protein quantitative mean(5.91 + 2.10)g/D,p>0.05,no significant difference;after treatment:treatment group mean urinary protein(2.47 + 0.93)g/D,comparison p<0.05 with the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant;the control group mean proteinuria(3.58 + 2.23)g/D,p<0.05,with the same group before treatment p<0.05 numerical comparison,the difference was statistically significant;comparison of p<0.05 urinary protein after treatment in the two groups,the difference was statistically significant.(4)There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment in serum creatinine and urea nitrogen.(5)The comparison of the total curative effect between the two groups is shown in table 3.4.Two groups have good curative effect,the treatment group effective rate was 86.7%,the control group effective rate was 60%.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;Conclusion:Buqi Qufeng method in treatment of membranous nephropathy with TCM kidney deficiency in the pathological features of pathogenic wind disturbance.In clinical application,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with membranous nephropathy,especially in limb edema,throat discomfort,appetite,sleep improved significantly,to reduce proteinuria also play a positive role,combined with conventional treatment can improve the clinical effect and slow the progression of nephropathy,and further popularization and Application Research on clinical.
